Conveniently located just 1½ blocks from the beautiful sands of New Smyrna Beach, with easy access to two public entry points at Flagler Avenue and Esther Park. Historic Flagler Ave, shops, cafes, and restaurants are just around the corner so you can truly enjoy the best of coastal living at your doorstep!

- Master Bedroom Suite : A luxurious space featuring a king bed and a private en-suite bathroom, providing a serene retreat for relaxation.

- Second Bedroom : Includes a king bed and twin bunk beds, perfect for families or friends, with a full bathroom conveniently located across the hall.

- Third Bedroom : Features a cozy queen bed along with its own full bathroom, ensuring every guest has their own private space.

- Kitchen and Dining:
The updated kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare delicious meals. It also includes a dedicated coffee station with both an espresso machine and a K-cup machine, along with a generous selection of coffee pods and tea for guests to enjoy during their stay.

- Essential Amenities:

The home and property are well kept. Total turn key, you couldn't ask for anything more. Don is super to work with, attentive and quick to respond with any needs or questions. Close and convenient to everything. We will be checking the availability the next time we are in the area for sure!

Unparalleled property

The property is beautifully arranged and ideally situated. Family friendliness and cleanliness are assuredly one of the main focuses by the owner(s) .I stay here with my kids and we certainly will come back. Even when the weather doesn't cooperate, there are so many ways to have fun. That is, Netflix and so many other streaming platforms right and ready in all the rooms. There is also a vast of selection of board games placed in the living room. Everything ( basic ingredients and oven/stove/microwave/fridge) needed to cook a nice home meal. Several nice restaurants at walking distance. To top it off there is even a washer and dryer for those who travel light. Plenty of room and incredibly inviting. You simply can't go wrong.

The “Endless Summer” stay was a week of perfection!

Wonderful property! Spotless, comfortable, conveniently located to anything you could want yet homey beach-town vibes. Amazing hosts made sure everything was perfect for an unforgettable stay. Didn’t want to leave.

Excellent Stay

The property was as good or better than the listing description. There were a number of small items that made the stay better, such as a nighttime noise machine and outlets for the charging of phones and other electronic devices. We really enjoyed our stay and would enjoy the opportunity to stay there again.

Pam & Don have been an integral part of New Smyrna Beach for years. During our first visit to the area in 2017 we picked up on the unique vibe of merchants and the community and fell in love with the area. We've spent several years fully renovating this beach house to make it the perfect stay for our family and also guests when they are not using it.

Growing up in our family's restaurant business we learned outstanding hospitality skills, the importance of paying attention to detail and providing an outstanding guest experience. So inherently, as a Host, we have a genuine desire to create a memorable experience for our guests. We go the extra mile to make our guests feel welcome. If you are not familiar with the beach community, we can provide personalized recommendations for local attractions, restaurants (our favorite hidden gems), help navigate the area and discover unique experiences.
