The house has 3 beautifully furnished bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, modern kitchen, an open living room and access to private backyard patio. The house is fully equipped with a modern stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffeemaker, washer and dryer.

Please feel free to make use of the common areas, including the patio backyard and laundry room. Note that I also have another rental listing located in the property, and both units have their own private entrances. You may occasionally interact with the other guests during your stay if using the common areas.

Please respect our neighbors with NO loud music, noise or doing laundry after 10 PM.

Parties/events are not allowed. Guests who violate this rule will be asked to leave.

Please input the right number of people who will stay in the house; we will make bedding and other accommodating arrangements according to the number of guests you provided when you book the house.
