we had a fantastic stay at the jade east towers! everyone was so helpful and accomodating. From Jessica, the property manager, to the guys at the beach hut! Great customer service. Our room was beautiful and a great view! The beach is amazing...except for the annoying red tide, which can't be helped. Me and my husband and 3 teenage children had a blast and will be back! Great location!

Great stay awesome location, beach service is incredible, Trey & Grant go above and beyond and really make the beach more enjoyable...unit size was perfect for family of 3, exterior of unit including door is a little rough but thats really my only complaint. Communication and code process with property management was simple and accurate 👌 would definitely recommend and hope to be back at Jade East

Unit had a great view, master bedroom and second bedroom were very warm when the rest of the condo was comfortable. 5 remotes to main TV was way overwhelming with no instructions for use. This was our second condo we stayed in during our 10 night stay in Destin and it had an odor when arriving. I recommend some sort of air freshener that would be neutral to all and not bothersome. Ceiling fan in second bedroom did not have a remote so you could not leave it on and have the fan on. I recommending replacing it or providing a box fan. Light over wet bar did not work either. Washer and dryer were very old but still work. With all the money made from rentals I recommend replacing with an updated pair. It appears the washer was leaking in the tray it was sitting in. Dishes were also chipped, replace with new. No cookie sheets visible in the unit. Second bath needs a bit of a remodel, shower, toilet paper holder (rusted) shelf over back of toilet very dated. All carpet should be ripped out of condo and replaced with tile. No one wants to walk on old worn carpet. Title or laminate is much easier to clean.

We loved it! Clean and beautiful view. Just ask ahead for gate code and sheets for pull out.

Family vacation fun in a beautiful condo!

The condo was perfect! It was exactly as described, pictures did not do it justice. Right on the beach, absolutely amazing views of the ocean off of the balcony. Could not have asked for a better place to stay while in Destin.

Overall great place great location has minor issues as far as lock key issue and door for reentering back in condo and needs updated tissue holder and tub faucet in the guest bathroom they were rusted other than that great condo

Great Location

Great location in the heart of Destin. Unit 330 was quite comfortable. The dryer was in need of updating as was the refrigerator's ice machine but other than that it was perfect for our week. The complimentary beach service was a really nice perk!

Love the resort. However, unit 330 desperately needs some work. This is our second time staying at Jade East. We stayed in unit 530 last year and chose 330 this year. Unit 330 is in need of numerous maintenance repairs. Some issues are minor inconveniences yet some may be considered safety hazards. - The door leading from the master bedroom to the balcony doesn't latch so it stays open. We had to wedge a chair in front of it to keep it closed. - Cable in the master bedroom doesn't work. - Cable in the second bedroom doesn't work. - Door leading from the living room to the master bedroom doesn't close. - Outlet in the master bedroom doesn't work. - Balcony sliding door doesn't lock. - Ceiling fan in the second bedroom is loose/warped and on the verge of falling while in operation. - Toilet seat in second bathroom is loose. You "go for a ride" every time you sit down on it.

July 22-25, 2017. We all had a terrific time. The condo was clean, & welcoming, very spacious for the seven of us. We loved the location, & friendly customer services received. We'll definitely return. The only negative (minor), was the stinking fishy smell coming from a mop, kept in the wash room area. We kept that door closed.

Great family location.

Awesome place to take your family. The residents who did live here could not have been nicer and most of the "vacationers" were families just like ours. Pool was never overcrowded and beach is just steps away. Only suggestion, unit needs repairs with a lot of the basic things that you would expect to be working.
