Enjoy this upgraded 2-bedroom, 1-bath Fort Lauderdale retreat, styled in bold Bahamian colors and designed for relaxation. Perfect for families, friends, work trips, or short relocations. Unwind in your private fenced backyard with patio seating, or mingle in the shared courtyard featuring a hot tub, BBQ grill, hammock, fire pit, and picnic table.

Check-in time is 4pm / Check-out time is 11am.
Fort Lauderdale city ordinance quiet hours 10pm-8am.
No unauthorized guests permitted after 12am.
No smoking inside the house ($1000 fine)


**House Rules**

General Policies
All guests must follow these house rules, local regulations, and community guidelines. Only registered guests are allowed on the property, and no unapproved visitors are permitted. The maximum occupancy must always be respected. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and guests are expected to maintain respectful noise levels during their stay.

Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM unless confirmed otherwise. Early check-in may be available for an additional fee and must be approved in advance. Check-out is strictly at 11:00 AM, and late check-outs also require prior approval and may incur extra charges. A valid government-issued ID must be provided when required. Early arrival, luggage drop-off, or accessing the property before the check-in time is not allowed unless authorized.

Cleanliness and Maintenance
Guests are expected to maintain the home in a clean and orderly condition. Any damage, maintenance issues, or concerns must be reported immediately. Items that are damaged, stained, or missing may result in replacement or repair charges. Large furniture should not be moved without permission. Trash must be disposed of properly, and food should not be left exposed to avoid pests.

Safety and Security
For everyone’s safety, doors and windows should be locked when leaving the property. Security cameras may be present outdoors only and must not be covered, tampered with, or disabled. Smoke detectors, alarms, and safety devices must remain intact. The use of weapons, fireworks, illegal substances, or hazardous items is prohibited. Children must be supervised at all times, especially around water features, stairs, balconies, and play equipment.

Smoking, Vaping, and Fire Safety
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the home. Guests may smoke only in designated outdoor areas and must dispose of cigarette waste safely. Any indoor smoking will result in cleaning and deodorizing fees. Candles and other open flames are not permitted indoors for safety reasons.

Noise and Neighbor Consideration
Guests must be considerate of neighbors and refrain from excessive noise, especially during quiet hours. Outdoor music or loud activities must end by 10:00 PM. Repeated noise complaints or disturbance of the neighborhood may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

Parking and Access
Guests must park only in designated parking spaces and avoid blocking driveways, neighboring homes, or restricted areas. Parking on grass, landscaping, or unapproved surfaces is not allowed. Lost keys, gate fobs, and remote controls will result in replacement charges. Guests may not share access codes or keys with non-registered individuals.

Pool, Jacuzzi, and Outdoor Facilities
Guests using the pool, hot tub, or outdoor amenities do so at their own risk. Running, diving, or unsafe behavior is not allowed. Glass containers are prohibited in the pool or hot tub area. Pool and outdoor amenity hours generally run from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Outdoor furniture, umbrellas, or equipment should be secured after use. Children must be monitored closely at all times.

Kitchen and Appliances
All appliances should be used responsibly and cleaned after each use. Only approved cookware should be used, and metal utensils should not be used on non-stick pans. All cooking appliances, including grills, must be turned off after use.

Laundry Use
Laundry facilities may be used for standard loads only. Property linens and towels must remain on-site and should not be used for outdoor activities, makeup removal, or pet care unless specified.

Pet Policies
If pets are permitted, a pet fee applies and must be disclosed at booking. Pets must be fully vaccinated, supervised, and house-trained. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding unless protected with your own covering. All pet waste must be cleaned immediately, and any pet-related damage or odors may result in additional cleaning or repair fees.

Damages, Fees, and Additional Charges
Guests may be charged for damages, missing items, excessive mess, stained linens, unauthorized late check-outs, unregistered guests, tampering with equipment, and violations of the smoking or pet policy. Costs may include repair, replacement, labor, and specialized cleaning.

Prohibited Activities
Parties, loud gatherings, commercial photography, illegal substances, and tampering with cameras, utilities, or Wi-Fi equipment are not allowed. Any unsafe behavior or unauthorized use of restricted areas is prohibited and may lead to immediate removal from the property.

Host Access
The host, cleaners, or maintenance staff may enter the property when necessary for urgent repairs, safety concerns, or scheduled services. Whenever possible, reasonable notice will be given.

Liability and Personal Safety
Guests assume responsibility for their own safety during the stay. The host is not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings. All amenities, including the pool, gym equipment, and outdoor facilities, must be used responsibly and at the guest’s own risk.

Check-Out Requirements
Before leaving, guests must take out all trash to designated bins, return keys and remotes to their original locations, turn off lights and appliances, and ensure all doors and windows are locked. The home should be left in a reasonable condition.

Rule Violations
Failure to follow these rules may result in additional fees, immediate cancellation of the reservation, removal from the property, or involvement of local authorities if necessary. Serious infractions—such as smoking indoors, noise violations, property damage, or unauthorized guests—may lead to forfeiture of the booking payment.
