The space
The Ned Nest offers everything you need for a comfortable and luxurious stay. Enjoy all the amenities you would expect and more, including a cozy gas fireplace, a large sectional couch and an HD television for your entertainment. The rental features a private entrance, a dedicated workspace, as well as a dining area and a coffee bar complete with a microwave, coffee machine, and mid-size fridge with freezer.

The unit has 3 comfortable beds; a queen bed and a full bed separated by a privacy curtain in the spacious 2 section bedroom, as well as a full murphy bed in the main entertaining space. The dual-entry bathroom features a standup shower, full size mirror and vanity. And for those who love to stay active, the community center, with gym day passes available, is just a short walk away.

But the real highlight of this rental is the private 8' pool table - perfect for a friendly game or two.

Guest access
Our rental in Nederland is a basement unit with a private walkout entrance in the front yard. While the rental is completely private and self-contained, it is worth noting that we do live upstairs. However, we respect your privacy and strive to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Feel free to park on the right side of the driveway. Please do not block in our vehicles. However, please be aware that our driveway is sloped and during heavy snowfall, it can be difficult to drive up without 4-wheel drive. If heavy snow is forecasted, we recommend having a 4-wheel drive vehicle or parking horizontally along the bottom of our driveway for the most convenient access to the property. Rest assured; the driveway is only about 20’ long.
