Welcome to Eagleview Cabin, a newly renovated 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house located on gorgeous Gull Lake with a brand new hot tub. We sit high above the lake, with a convenient hillside elevator to get you up and down to the dock (seasonally), and views over 2 miles long.

Explore the over 13,000 acres of boatable water that comprise the Gull Lake chain from our home located on the western shore. We are minutes away form world class golf, great restaurants, boutique shopping in addition to all the top-notch fishing, swimming, and boating opportunities on the lake.

The cabin was extensively remodeled in 2023 and has everything you need to enjoy a great Gull Lake vacation.

- Loft w/ queen-sized futon and trundle bed with 2 twin-sized mattresses.
- 3 bathrooms, 2 on the main level and 1 on the lower level.
- Kitchen seating for 8. Lower level has additional table with seating for 6.
- Kitchen has all the amenities you need to cook up some great meals.
- TV in kitchen area.
- Patio seating for 12.
- 2 couches in lower level next to gas fireplace and TV.
- Hillside elevator runs from May through October each year, carries 4 people at a time.
- Dock available to tie up your boat and access the shallow, hard sandy bottom water.
- 2 kayaks and 1 paddle board available for guest use.
- Solo Stove fire pit with seating for 12, affording big water views of Gull Lake with a regal Red Pine in the foreground (Minnesota’s state tree).
- Weber Gas Grill, brand new in 2023.
- Yard games: corn hole and ladder golf.
- Books, board games, cribbage boards and kids books all available for guest use in lower level of property.

The only areas off-limits to guests are the upper level of the garage, the locked supply closet in the owner's suite, and the areas beyond the ropes. Otherwise, please make yourself at home!

We're available to communicate with you throughout your stay through the platform.

We are on a quiet road just off of County Road 77 in Fairview Township (Nisswa is the mailing address).

This is a quiet neighborhood with scenic views of Gull Lake. Heavily wooded, with many homes. Not a loud, party-friendly neighborhood.

You'll need a car to get around here, public transportation not readily available. There are restaurants and shops within a 15-20 minute drive from the house. If you have a boat, you can tie it off at our dock and boat to 5 different restaurants on the lake.

We are located high on the bluff overlooking the lake so please be careful. We've roped off the steep areas for your safety but please keep an eye on your kids.

The hillside elevator is a great way to get down to the lake. Please adhere to all instructions listed in the guidebook to ensure safe operation of the elevator.

We require all guests to sign a renter's agreement.
