Your entire group will enjoy modern luxury combined with all the comforts of home, plus thoughtful extras. There are five thoughtfully-decorated and spacious bedrooms suited for guests of all ages, so no matter where you choose to lay your head you’ll have sweet dreams during your stay.

PRIMARY BEDROOM is on the upper floor. It features a king-sized bed, a 55" Smart TV, a relaxing chair and a walk-in closet.
Part of this oversized closet is converted into a nursery, with a single bed and a crib: it would be great for families with youngsters.

This beautiful bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom with a luxurious walk-in shower and a relaxing soaking tub.
There is also an executive style desk for anyone who needs to keep up with work while away.

BEDROOM 2 (upper floor)
The second bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, a desk and a 55" Smart TV.
The luxurious full Bathroom with a double vanity and a walk in shower is down the hall and shared with Bedroom 3.

BEDROOM 3 (upper floor)
The third bedroom is designed for memorable slumber parties for guests both young and old. There are two twin bunk beds plus an additional day bed with a trundle bed. There’s also a cozy reading nook with a bean bag chair and a collection of kids’ books. 55" Smart TV for a movie night, and a desk in case someone needs to do the homework. The full bathroom is down the hall and shared between this room and the Bedroom 2.

BEDROOM 4 (main level)
The fourth bedroom has a comfy queen-sized bed, a wall-mounted 55" Smart TV, and a desk for any digital nomads in the group. The full bathroom is down the hall. It has a tub/shower combo and it is shared with Bedroom 5.

BEDROOM 5 (main level)
The fifth bedroom is as cozy and functional as the fourth one. Same comfortable queen-sized bed, a wall-mounted 55" Smart TV, and a desk, but different design and ambience. The full bathroom is down the hall. It has a tub/shower combo and it is shared with Bedroom 4.

The full bathroom on this level is easily accessible from the living, dining and kitchen areas, so it is definitely going to be the busiest bathroom in the house. All four of the lovely bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and premium toiletries for your convenience and enjoyment.

BASEMENT PLAY ROOM has a queen size sofa-sleeper and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and the same luxurious amenities as the three other bathrooms in the house.

The full kitchen is sure to bring out your inner chef. This modern space features sleek granite countertops, modern stainless steel appliances, and all the essential cookware, baking equipment, dishes, and utensils you’ll need to whip up tasty meals for your whole group. A modern oven and stove ensure you can easily cook for a large group. We provide cooking oil, salt, pepper, and garlic to get you started.

Of course, if you don’t feel like cooking while on vacay, you’re just a short drive from all of the Decatur best restaurants. You can enjoy your meals at the large kitchen island (seating for four), the dining table (seating for 12), or the outdoor dining table (seating for 8).

The Roku TV (like all others in the house) is set up with complimentary streaming channels (including Netflix and Disney+) so you’ll never be short of great things to watch!

Guests will have private access to the entire home, including the two game rooms and the fully fenced backyard. Personal care appliances are available including hairdryers in every bathroom. The full laundry room boasts an iron and ironing board, a steamer, a washer, and a dryer. We provide guests with laundry detergent, dishwashing soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. We offer 6 Roku TVs with many complimentary streaming channels like Netflix and Disney+.

Contactless self-check-in is available and an individualized door code will be sent to you before check-in. Free parking is available for up to 8 vehicles. We also have an EV charger available to guests.

For your safety and security, the house is equipped with three outdoor cameras, an active security system, and indoor motion sensors. All security features will be on during your stay for your protection. Outdoor cameras are located on the front door, on the garage door, and on the back door. Motion sensors are on the windows and the doors. All the equipment is safe for pets. Motion sensors are not activated by pets.

We also have noise monitors with no recording functionality that only monitor the level of noise in the house.

Smoke detectors are very sensitive and located on each floor.

Downtown Atlanta is just 9 miles from our house, and you can drive there in less than 20 minutes.

Airport is 20 miles away - 25 minutes drive via I-285.

The nearest bus stop is 0.2 miles away.
Avondale Estates MARTA subway station is 2.5 miles away. From there it takes about 20 minutes to get to Downtown Atlanta by subway.
