Happy with the Property but not the termites

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property description was accurate. We loved the location. It was close to the village and the judicial conference center. My only complaint is with the termites in the Master bedroom and poor internet access.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House and property was great other than not having enough parking for 2 golf carts and 2 vehicles. Played musical cars couple times a day. We approached security with Sand Destin, they told us where additional parking was near the wharf, went back next day with a huge sticker saying vehicle will be towed. Need more parking for paying guest. Not a fan of checkin 4pm and check out 10am waste 2 of the days that your there. Overall trip was great

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Breakers were out, no power in three rooms for half the stay. Visible black mold in three upstairs rooms, very concerned about health hazard. Property claims to hold 12 but def not. We had 11 and we were crammed in. Then, we were hassled literally daily about our cars and golf carts. Threatened with fines, they were always creepily walking our property taking pictures. The whole experience was negative.

Great place to stay for wedding at Grand Sandestin Hotel

Great place for 5 adults and 3 kids. Pool was right across the street. Two golf carts was a plus but the battery on one of them drained fast and was underpowered at 65% charge. This was our first time in Sandestin and I would stay there again.

Family Trip

We have stayed in a similar condo in same neighborhood previously. I do like this location better. But this particular condo is showing age with weakened floors and somewhat outdated entertainment systems. The wifi never worked, despite interacting with management. The upstairs AC unit struggled the whole time, again despite management sending an HVAC person.

Only recommendations we would add are master bath shower needs some type of holder/caddie for shampoo and soaps. Not sure about the other bathrooms. We didn't use the dryer, but it was not working properly.We will be coming back to this unit for sure again and even possibly longer than 1 week stays if available. Everyone at MVH was fantastic!

The house had mold in 2 bathrooms, caterpillars and sliders all over,including beds,ceiling started leaking from one of bathrooms and had puddle of water in living room (prior leaks as seen on ceiling),bedding in one room wasn't clean and had crumbs in bed,A/C on upper floor couldn't keep up and stayed on 74-77 whole time. The price we paid wasn't worth the condition of house. Disappointed overall.

Not what I expected

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was not as I expected. It said it was renovated last year. The only thing I can figure out is that it was refaced and maybe new countertop in kitchen. The chairs outside were disgusting as they had mildew on them. We were called and asked if they could bring people by as they owner was selling 🥴. We paid a lot of money for our family reunion. The rug under the table was turned up and several tripped. One of the golf carts also has mildew. It wasn’t very clean (our socks proved that)😳. We pulled out bowls (plastic ones and there were crumbs in them. There was a grill that was disgusting and propane that was basically empty both decks dirty. Bedroom door wouldn’t latch, bathroom shower handle fell off luckily didn’t hit foot, wasn’t cleaned to the standard we expected. It served the purpose of having enough room for our family getting together. We stayed in a different one by these owners that was by these owners was.clean and awesome except the table was outside to eat for eating 🥴. Fine for 2 not 7. That’s why we chose this one. It served the purpose of being together...just not the quality we expected. I’m seeing that it won’t allow me to submit. I’ll try saying yes as the answer to recommend even though I wouldn’t.
