If you desire to be in the heart of Hochatown in an upscale rustic cabin with a modern twist and a beautiful-peaceful surrounding; The Arrington is the cabin for you! This two-story cabin is nestled in the tall pines on over an acre. It offers 3 bedrooms (2 King, and 1 Queen), 2 bathrooms, and walk-in closets. The great room and well-stocked kitchen will support plenty of good times & togetherness with family & friends.
Living Room – Large leather sofa, leather loveseat, gas fireplace, big screen HDTV, throw blankets, books for all ages
Kitchen and Dining – Dining table seating 8, island seating for 2, full-size pantry, all essentials needed for your stay including coffee maker, air fryer, toaster, blender, pots, pans, dinnerware, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, etc.
Master Bedroom #1 (Downstairs) – King-size bed, nightstands on both sides, large dresser, large walk-in closet with hangers and games, lounge chair, big screen HDTV, direct access to patio
Full Bathroom #1 (Downstairs) – Double vanity sinks, makeup vanity, private toilet, hair dryer, and a tub shower combo.
Master Bedroom #2 (Upstairs Left) - Queen size bed, nightstands on both sides, large dresser, closet with hangers, suitcase stand, DVD player, big screen HDTV
Master Bedroom #3 (Upstairs Right) – King-size bed, nightstands on both sides, large dresser, walk-in closet with hangers, portable fan, big screen HDTV
Full Bathroom #2 (Upstairs) - Shower/Tub combo, single vanity sink, hair dryer
Outdoor Living – Wrap around porch, two rocking chairs at the front, picnic table, gas grill, hot tub, built-in fire pit, horseshoe pit, ladder ball, seesaw, children's playset.
General - Full-size washer and dryer available in the laundry closet. Baby gate available in laundry closet. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October-May 15th). Any cancellations processed in which a refund is due to the guest will incur a $50 processing fee. The maximum occupancy for this cabin is 6, with no exceptions.

Located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities. It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries and downtown Hochatown and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo.
Don't forget these items when you come to visit:
• Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year).
• We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
• Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies.
• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
• Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, cream/sugar, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap are provided, but guests may need to bring additional supplies.
