Cozy house with private pool and heated jacuzzi

Welcome to our charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom cozy vacation home in quiet Cocoa, Florida. Enjoy the heated jacuzzi(included) and large pool (heating available for an additional cost). Hang out with friends and family on the beautiful patio with a large and comfortable dining table and a 58" TV. Conveniently located just 35 minutes from Orlando Airport and 20 minutes from the beach, it's the perfect setting for unforgettable gatherings with friends & family.
The space
There is a safety net near the pool, so you can close off the pool and still sit by the pool and not worry that your little one will jump in!
There's a big patio set and a nice sitting area on the porch where you can relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine.
The garden also features a high-quality grill in a nice barbecue zone with a pergola. Plus, you can even watch rocket launches from the backyard or the street directly in front of the house.

You'll have everything you need to feel right at home, including a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a toaster, an electric kettle, a coffee machine and filters, pots, pans, plates, dishes, and plenty of utensils. We also have a water filter installed in the kitchen, and the ice in the refrigerator is made from filtered water.
For families with young children, we provide a disassembled crib for babies from 0-12 months that you can assemble yourself.

We offer the option to heat the pool for an additional cost.
For long-term rentals, the cost is $55 per day, and for short-term rentals, the cost is $65 per day.
Please note that there may be some limitations to pool heating.
We will keep the pool temperature at 85F, but if the outside temperature drops below 55F, the heat pump may not be able to provide sufficient heat to maintain this temperature.
In such cases, we cannot be held responsible for the weather.
