In addition to the glorious interior at 1872 Beachside Tennis, you will no doubt enjoy the sweeping view of the Atlantic Ocean and Calibogue Sound- stunning and visible from nearly every room. These 180+ degree water views are only available on the 4 "corner" units at Beachside Tennis.

The superb South Beach location (oceanfront, 2nd floor corner WITH ELEVATOR) and comfort of this villa make it a rapidly rising star in our Luxe collection. We've installed smart TV's and offer high speed WiFi with secure connection. Plus- the beach and oceanfront pool are literally right outside your door.

This villa boasts an exceptionally outfitted kitchen, opening into a dining area with seating for 4, and beyond to the living area and wrap-around waterfront balcony.

The spacious living area features a 65" LCD flat screen HDTV, and Sonos sound. Please note there are now lovely, custom double curtains on the large sliding door and glass in the living room.

Two bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queens) each boast the comfiest bed linens we could find, with fluffy pillows as well as all digital TV, and each features en suite bath.

PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Simply head down the elevator or stairs and across the boardwalk-- and you're there!

POOL: Oceanfront -- Pool open April - September (not heated).

PETS AND PEOPLE: So sorry, we only accept human guests at this villa, and a strict maximum of 4.

WHAT’S INCLUDED: Your property will come stocked with all of the household amenities you will need for the duration of your stay, including trash bags, dish soaps, perfume free laundry products, paper towels, bath tissues, and much more. We also stock beach toys, beach chairs and umbrellas, even a mini Shibumi beach shade. All you have to do is come and enjoy.
