⌠Cozy log cabin retreat!
âŒProfessionally designed by Het Hout with rustic charm & frontier elegance.
⌠Wood-beamed ceilings, handcrafted decor & eclectic touches
âŒThe tranquility of an interior atrium w/ outdoor play space
âŒMap airport/hike/restaurants use N Verde St 86001.
Note: Portable ACs are set up throughout the home for summer climate control. This home does not have a central A/C.
The Space:
At the front deck, enjoy a cup of coffee in the garden! Through the front door, the first living room is directly inside to the left, with the bunkroom to the right! Adjacent is the downstairs bathroom and Queen bedroom! Up the stairs is the primary King bedroom, and the second bathroom also contains a jetted tub! Around the corner is the fully stocked kitchen which flows to the indoor atrium and second living room and dining space. Beyond the atrium is the King bedroom carriage house! And to the left is the quaint workout space leading to the back patio with seating, bbq, and cornhole!

Bedroom 1 (Upstairs): King bedroom with ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 2 (Main floor): Queen bedroom with full bathroom in hallway!
Bedroom 3 (Main floor): Bunk room (fulls) with full bathroom in hallway
Bedroom 4 (Main floor off atrium): King bedroom
Additional sleeping areas (atrium living room): Full-size sleeper sofa.
*We have contracted snow removers who clear the driveway if it snows over 3 inches during your stay. Additionally, we have a snow shovel and salt at the property to keep the entryway clear and safe! We do not have control over when the city clears the roads; for this reason, if there's snow in the forecast for your stay, ensure you have the necessary groceries you need to enjoy the snow from the comforts of the property. Be sure to check the weather closer to your arrival! If there's snow in the forecast, time your trip so you come before or after the storm. We work around the clock regardless of weather, and the property will be ready for your arrival; for this reason, we do not issue refunds due to snow!*

Hi! We are Kyle and Linny. We've been fortunate enough to work around the world, and are grateful to bring our experiences back home to Northern Arizona, where we've started a family and opened Dwell Luxury Rentals.
We've spent our careers working at 5-star resorts - from folding towels at the age of 14 in a 5-star spa, to parking cars at a 5-star restaurant, and checking in guests at a 5-star hotel - from The Sanctuary at Kiawah Island to The Grand Del Mar in San Diego - we know 5-star service.
