PUERTO RICO est de retour! Notre bâtiment a l'électricité, l'eau, la climatisation centrale et le câble / WIFI. La plage est toujours belle !! La piscine olympique est désormais ouverte de 7h à 22h. Propriétaire exploité et entretenu (Gabriel)! Condo très propre! Nous sommes face à l'océan!. Véritable condo d'une chambre face à la plage / océan avec lit queen size et canapé-lit pleine grandeur sur la meilleure plage et le meilleur bâtiment d'Isla Verde. Il a une nouvelle climatisation centrale (installée en mai 2015) et des meubles neufs. Cuisine entièrement équipée (juste installée, comptoirs en quartz nov. 2015) comme à la maison. Chaises de plage Tommy Bahamas, drap / tapis de plage, jouets de plage et glacière. Nous avons des rideaux occultants pour une nuit de sommeil réparatrice. Nous fournissons une boîte de verrouillage pour que vous puissiez ENTRER à tout moment!

Marbella Del Caribe Este (Est) est l'une des copropriétés les plus recherchées. Il est situé sur la "bande" de l'avenue Isla Verde où il y a de nombreux restaurants, casinos, banques, société de location de voitures et un Walgreens ouvert 24h / 24 (de l'autre côté de la rue) tous accessibles à pied. Stationnement intérieur sécurisé GRATUIT avec accès facile aux ascenseurs. Voiture PAS nécessaire pour notre emplacement, sauf si vous voulez explorer la belle île!

Le complexe offre une sécurité 24/7, un accès à la plage de la même plage que l'Intercontinental Resort Hotel et l'hôtel El San Juan pour la moitié du prix, un terrain privé qui comprend une piscine de taille olympique, une piscine pour enfants, un court de tennis, un terrain de volley-ball / basket-ball cour, aire de jeux, tables de pique-nique et barbecue. Stationnement privé intérieur avec accès direct par ascenseur au condo. Nous fournissons des chaises de plage.

Le condo est à 10 minutes et un taxi de 17 $ (ils ne permettent pas la prise en charge d'Uber) depuis l'aéroport international de San Juan (pas de bruit d'avion), et à seulement 15 minutes de Condado et à 20 minutes du vieux San Juan. Près des autoroutes principales pour un accès facile à toute l'île.

Definitely the Best of...

This was by far the best condo we've stayed at, add to that the best beach ever and you have a truly amazing vacation. Gabriel is a fantastic host and has paid attention to every detail one could imagine.

Very clean, well equipped property in a good location. A little congested with traffic but everything you need is nearby. The beach is awesome! Nice well maintained pool. Gabriel is easy to get in touch with and very helpful.

Quick beach getaway

Can't get much better than this. Condo is right on the beach with a view of the pool and the ocean from the balcony. The beach was amazing and weather was perfect. Gabriel was extremely communicative and available to assist with any questions or suggestions we had. We needed a little relaxation and an easy trip and it certainly exceeded our expectations.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Gabriel was a very attentive host. He had great communication and check in on us to make sure everything was ok. The beach is very clean and large. We did a few activities in Fajardo and the drive was 50-60 mins, which we did not mind. We would stay here again.

Look No Further

I honestly can't say enough good things about this location. The check-in process was seamless & easy to understand. The building itself was very secure, and we felt safe at all times. The apartment is SO CLEAN, which was important to us. The bed is very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location in Carolina was perfect - close enough to everything we wanted to do. A huge plus is how close the grocery store is - it's full service & has everything you would need. It was similar to the one we go to at home, which was nice.The beach was absolutely beautiful, and also very clean. Chairs & umbrellas were readily available and reasonably priced. The pool was also clean & well cared for, and was the perfect temperature. Gabriel was in touch several times to makes sure everything was going smoothly. I highly recommend!!!

Great experience

Very clean and well equipped for vacation with excellent access to beach with palm shade tree's. Well maintained large pool. Many restaurants walking distance varied price range. Car rental across street but not necessary. Good owner communication as to any questions. Would stay again same place.

Great place, really easy to get around with a lot near by in walking distance. some power blips got to be old, but that is common I beleave and they were proactive in response. You are looking right at a building from your deck, but the ocean/pool view is really good however. Overall, Goodwould recommend

Beautiful stay and great host

Prime real estate right on the beach! Beautiful views of the shore right from the balcony. Room was stocked with everything we needed to cook and enjoy the views. Air conditioning was strong and kept the room comfortable. Definitely do not need a car to stay here… everything is in walking distance. The host was very responsive and stayed in touch for the entirety of our trip. We hope to return soon!

Great ocean view condo in Isla Verde

We loved our stay in this well equipped condo. It was as described and very clean. The owner is very responsive. Great partial view of the beach and ocean, which also has easy beach access. Perfect location for quick drive from the airport, and short uber ride to Old San Juan. Less than an hour to the entrance of the El Yunque rainforest by car. Huge Walgreens right across the street and several dining choices within walking distance. The building was safe and secure. Would definitely stay again.

Best Stay!

I'm not really sure where to start, so I'll start with the condo owner. As soon as I booked our stay we immediately received a call from Gabriel to thank us for booking their place and to answer any questions we might have. That in itself made me feel confident that I made the right choice and I was not wrong! Prior to our arrival we received instructions on location, accessing the condo, dining options, and places to see. Once at the condo we found the rooms were clean spacious and the pool/beach view are as shown in the pictures. There were clean beach towels, coolers and beach chairs for our use. The Mirabella Este has secure underground parking for our car. I do think the location is one of the best in Isla Verde. The best review I can give is to say all is exactly as advertised and pictured. We are considering going again for a longer stay and I would not consider staying anywhere else! It was just what we wanted.

Home away from home in Paradise

We had a great time. The ocean view from the bedroom, living room and balcony is amazing. Gabriel is very professional, quick to respond from the time we booked our trip, arrived and after, thank you. We enjoyed the pool, beach, shops and restaurants, all walking distance. Would absolutely recommend.

BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY, EXCELLENT HOST!

From beginning, to during, to the end of the stay, Gabriel and the property exceeded our expectations. The condo was spotless and in well order. We did not take the opportunity to cook, but anything you may need during your stay is available. Just steps to the beach, was very convenient. The beach front was very clean. Jet skis, umbrellas available for rent, but Gabriel has beach chairs, small coolers for use. Perfect stay! Will definitely return! Thank you Gabriel!

Right on beach!

Had a great stay at this unit right on the beach with a (slightly angled) ocean view. Wonderful hosts. The unit is very well kept as is the pool for the building. The overall building is a little dated (esp the hallways on the floor). Very convenient to old san juan (less than $10 uber). Overall had a great stay.

By the beach

Great location to enjoy the beach without having to drive anywhere. Isla Verde’s casinos, restaurants and bars are a destination all by themselves. Enjoyed it very much. The host is outstanding at communicating and providing updates for you. Thanks Gabriel.

Perfect location

We had a beautiful long weekend in PR staying here! The apartment was sparkling clean and very comfortable. The pool and beach were perfect. It was super close to the airport and a great location to go out and explore. Gabriel was very helpful, responsive, and communicative. Made our first visit to PR a great experience! Playa Papaya right across the street was a fantastic coffee/breakfast/brunch spot that we visited every day. Highly recommend!

Perfect condo for our trip! Location close to airport. Convenient for walking to market & dining out. Walgreens directly across the street for anything you need. Beautiful beachfront steps away! Clean, clean, clean unit. Stocked with everything we needed. Owner available to assist. We were thankful this was the condo we selected and Isla Verde was the location we chose!

Awesome view

My daughter and I stayed here for four nights. The condo was roomy and comfortable. The view of the ocean from the balcony was awesome. The beach was a few steps away where you could rent umbrellas and loungers at a very reasonable price. Gabriel left a helpful list of local places to eat that were close by. We had an enjoyable time.

Lovely condo with attentive owner communication

Two of us stayed in this condo and it was a perfect fit for us - close to anything we needed: the beach, a pool, restaurants and shopping. The building is very secure with multiple places to scan the key. We especially appreciated the communication with the owner who not only gave us details on how to check in/check out but recommendations for places to eat and things to do in the area. We highly recommend!

We live in Brooklyn New York but plan to spend several months at our condo during winter once we retire.
Currently we go down 2-4 times per year to enjoy the beautiful beach and island but also to make sure the condo is in top condition at all times.
Not just a rental place!!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We purchased this property because of the beautiful beach/condominium. The location is fantastic. We are about 10 minutes from San Juan's International Airport , 15 minutes away from Condado, and 20 minutes from Old San Juan. Hotels, shopping, entertainment are all within 2 blocks of the building. Water sports are available right on the beach. We have been coming to P.R. for over 20 years and this has always been our favorite building. The 3 mile beach is great for morning walks/runs and it is cleaned (tractor raked) every morning. Future winter retirement home!
