CANAL FRONT Frisco â Rustic charm abounds in BOXLEY HOUSE, a three-bedroom/two-bathroom home that offers a tranquil setting in Brigands' Bay, a bike-friendly neighborhood known for its canal âstreets.â Bring your paddleboard, kayak, or boat; the water is calling, and all you need to do is step outside and find your happy place.
With a canal-front dock to tie up your watercraft after launching at a nearby marina and a yard the kids will love, the natural setting extends to the homeâs interior, a wood-lined space designed for one-level living. Ceiling fans drop from the beamed vaulted ceiling to naturally cool the open floor plan comprising of a kitchen, dining area and great room. Four stools front a kitchen breakfast bar where, along with a six-seat dining table and a picnic table located on the wide deck, provide multiple options to enjoy meals together.
