Island House Beach Resort - Siesta Key Floride, Crescent Beach. Ce grand 2 chambres, 2 salle de bain villa est de 1000 sq. Ft. Il a un grand salon, salle à manger, cuisine complète, tous les appareils, véranda projeté, Climatisation centrale / chaleur, 3 téléviseurs, parking couvert, wi-fi gratuit dans l'unité! L'unité dispose d'un lit king size, deux lits jumeaux. La villa est à quelques pas d'eau turquoise du golfe du Mexique. Les couchers de soleil sont fantastiques. Ce complexe très bien entretenu est situé sur la partie la plus large de Crescent Beach. Le complexe dispose de deux cabines de plage, chaises de plage, et une plage devant la cour pittoresque. Le complexe dispose également d'une grande piscine ainsi qu'une salle de jeux. Il ya de nombreux magasins, restaurants, galeries d'art, golf, pêche, canotage dans la région. Busch Gardens, Adventure Island sont à une heure et Disney 2 1/2. Venez visiter l'Island House et laissez-nous faire de vos vacances un moment plus mémorable !!

RED TIDE!!!!!

The property was located awesome, because of the red tide we couldn't do much other than to cook and stay indoors because of the smell was horrific, but we couldn't over see how much of the dirt accumulated on the floors and over all was not to clean when we got there, If it wasn't for Juan, which let me tell you a very good man and hard worker, to the rest of the crew not nice at all very arrogant and not nice. you ask them a Question and the answer was very blunt.... when to the office to ask for something and the guy was to busy in the computer he did not lift his face to even look at me to answer....Not Good Manners

Thank you for the comments. If you had a issue with cleaning, you should have notified us as we have staff here all day. I will say that you rented a villa that was supposed to have a maximum occupancy of 4. You had at least 10!. Floors will get dirty with that many people walking in and out of the unit. You also are permitted 2 car passes and you had 3. I think the reason you are saying we did not have good manners was because we confronted you on the issue of the number of people and cars. Also, upon your departure, the living room blinds were broke so bad we had to replace the whole track. If you plan to return, you will need to follow Island House rules on number of people, cars, etc. Thank you, Scott Holland Office Manager

Only issue was the refrigerator was leaking water from somewhere periodically during the week so we threw a towel down when it leaked. I didn’t notify office till we left cause we just wiped it up
