Island House Beach Resort! Crescent Beach, Siesta Key Floride. Ce 1300 sq. Ft. Apt. est situé sur une des plus belles plages de la Floride centrale. Il est 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain, roi, 2 lits jumeaux, grand salon non-moquette, salle à manger, cuisine équipée, véranda. Une connexion Wi-Fi dans l'unité!Il n'y a pas de téléphone par ligne terrestre. L'unité dispose de 3 téléviseurs, lecteur dvd. Ce condo offre une vue sur les palmiers, sable blanc et les eaux turquoises du Golfe du Mexique. Il est situé au 4ème étage. La vue est spectaculaire et les couchers de soleil inoubliables. Le complexe dispose de deux cabines de plage, chaises de plage, cour avec jeu de palets. Il ya une grande piscine chauffée ainsi qu'une salle de loisirs avec piscine, ping-pong, air hockey. Il ya de nombreux magasins, restaurants, attractions à proximité. Busch Gardens / Adventure Island est à 1 heure et Disney / Epcot est 21/2 heures. Venez vacances à Island House et faire de vos vacances un moment inoubliable.

Won’t Rent this unit again!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had two issues when we arrived. The cabinet under the kitchen sink was full of water and the dishwasher wasn’t working. Maintenance corrected this in a timely manner, but the dishwasher still had problems and honestly needs replacing.The kitchen faucet has no water pressure, the fridge was dirty, the hall bathroom faucet was impossible to turn on and several times my kids had to shower with cold water in the hall bathroom. The unit needs to be completely remodeled. I personally will not rent the unit again unless it’s completely remodeled. The unit pictures on the website look a lot better than the current condition of the unit. I would recommend the community but not the unit I rented.

Do not recommend Island House

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The private beach is beautiful however the management only cares about collecting your money and will ignore any maintenance or other issues you have during your stay. Our unit had no hot water in one of the bathrooms and the lanai with an ocean view was unusable as the sliding windows were rusted shut. I called the office our first night and they told me a work order was opened but no one ever showed up to address the issues. Also the game room has NO A/C and most of the sliding glass doors don’t open so you can’t even get a breeze in the room. I asked about a discount since the issues were not fixed but they don’t give any refunds or discounts. Also you can’t check in until 4 pm but maintenance stops working at 4:30 and the office closes at 5 pm so good luck with any issues you have.

We have frequented the Island House many times over the last 30 years and it never disappoints! The grounds have been beautifully restored after the hurricane damage which has made the property even more wonderful! From check in to check out, our experience with the Island House staff and property was top notch. We will be back! The unit is nicely appointed and we loved spending time on the lanai looking at the beautiful beach. Clean, well taken care of property.

There is always someone from management available to help out with whatever needs their attention. We like the condos that are a little higher for the view and a little less noise. It's happy noise! But we enjoy the views the most. The free transportation around the Key is a wonderful service.

Great location but needs some updates

Wonderful stay in a great unit with an amazing view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I stayed here for a weekend birthday celebration. The unit was great. It had everything you’d need for a comfortable short term or long term stay. The unit was exceptionally clean, which was important during this COVID environment. It was only my wife and I but we could easily and comfortably hosted 4-6 people. The best thing about this unit was the balcony. We spent more time here enjoying the view than any where else. It made our weekend memorable and we’d definitely stay in this unit again.

Fabulous Condo

Elegant and very well decorated condo with all the required household items. Fabulous views of the Gulf and you're only steps away from the immaculate beach. I would highly recommend this condo. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit.

The condo was lovely, modern and very well appointed.

We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and the lovely views. The condo had everything needed for a wonderful vacation. The furnishings were lovely and the condo was immaculate. The twin beds in the second bedroom were noisey but not uncomfortable. There was a problem with ants on the kitchen counter which necessitated keeping food in microwave or refrigerator, but I am confident that has since been corrected. We have rented condos several times, usually at Madeira Beach, but this condo was much nicer and the beach was great. The staff at Island house was very accommodating, and we enjoyed the proximity to Siesta Key Village. The shuttle was convenient and we never had to wait more than a few minutes for a ride. I would definitely recommend this condo and hope to visit there again.
