The DogWoods is a pet-friendly house just a two-minute walk from walk-in beach access to Bear Lake Utah. We are brand new, just on the market. This eclectic house is designed with dogs, kids, and families in mind. A large open-concept kitchen, dining, and family room encourage conversation and family fun. With parking for up to 6 cars and 1 boat, and beds for 28 people, you will have a great Bear Lake getaway. We have 6 bedrooms, a bunk room and a brand- new theater room. A huge deck with seating and a bbq grill make for a pet and people-friendly hang-out after a day on the beach. We provide a fully stocked house, wi-fi, and a washer and dryer. The fire pit is a second great gathering place after the sun goes down. The walkable trail to restaurants and shopping is easily accessed just around the corner. The city park with a fishing pond, playground, summer concerts, Raspberry days, and pickle ball courts are a quick walk away. We are offering amazing rates this summer to get great guests. City regulations limit the house to 2 dogs.
Cancelation policy
We don’t accept cancellations; however, we do:
• Offer to move you to a different date.
Or
• Re-open your dates. When or if they get re-booked, we will gladly refund you your money minus a 10% rebooking fee, or the price of the rebooking if the rates went down. We will keep you informed and ask for consent from you before we lower the rate.
