The house was very clean. Directions on VRBO weren’t as accurate as they should be, it took a few minutes to find it. Other than that it was a very nice place.

Over all the stay was good but there is room for improvement. There was a dental flosser under my bed and an earring on top of our towels. Only 1 roll of toilet paper for 5 people for 2 days. Also, I believe the pull out bed was broken so my son couldn’t sleep on it. He had to sleep on the sofa. There was coffee and creamer which I was thankful for but no sugar.

Great condo

Mostly a great stay. The AC which was advertised as an amenity did NOT work. The host did not come to fix it when I complained. Also, no extra blankets or sheets, no hand soap in bathroom or kitchen. We bought and left soap for the next guests. Great kitchen equipment!

Mary booked for 3 people and was given 6 Sets of towels which is customary. She brought more peole than she had mentioned on the reservation. We offered to come fix the Ac situation and she said she would be okay with the ceiling fans. Unfortunately she left our white towels stained.

Great quick getaway!

This house was perfect for our family trip to Springfield. We were close to everything we needed, and Hana was always available and quick to respond to any questions we had. The interior of the home has been totally remodeled and super clean, with a great fenced in backyard--though it rained our whole trip so we didn't get an opportunity to enjoy the fire pit and outdoor seating. And it was great to have large smart TVs in both bedrooms and the living room, and even a few board games to play during our downtime. We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

Springfield rental

The house was very clean. It was difficult finding the rental and required calling the host. There’s a bbq grill but no grill equipment like tongs, spatula or scraper, the outside fire table did not work and the back yard had trash on the ground. The kitchen hot mitts were crusty and dirty, fixtures were falling off in the bathroom and the place needs another mirror for getting ready

Hi Anya. Grill equipment is inside the rental. I wish you had asked us where its kept. We dont keep it outside because it might rust and make people sick. Also there is a switch for the fire table underneath. I wish you had asked us how to use it. All this information is in your checkin instructions and house rules. I wish you had reviewed those before checkin in, which we require all guests to look at before they check in. Thank you for your review.

There is no Odor in our home. We have had multiple stays at our home and have never received an odor complaint. This is a retaliatory review. You are upset that you were charged a $250 fee for smoking in our home. The house smelled like smoke, we found multiple cigarette and cigar butts as well as ashes inside of our home. Very disrespectful and completely unacceptable.

Family Trip

The check out time for 9am is a ripoff for how much you charge and also a $75 charge per hour after 9am is ridiculous. Usually other places would be between 10am to 11am checkout time. We didn't have enough Toilet paper in the bathroom for our stay, dishes,pots and pans were very greasy and nasty. Had a worker sleeping outside of the house in his car and then woke up in the morning and started working on the unit above us. Worst stay ever anywhere !!!

Beautiful Condo with a few issues

We had a wonderful stay at this property and it was the perfect location and size for us while we were vendors at the Big E. The condo itself is large and spacious with comfortable beds, tvs in the living room and two bedrooms, a fully stocked bathroom with laundry, a beautiful kitchen with a fridge with ice maker and water capability. The entry is by code, which made it very convenient to access. Hana, the hostess was extremely attentive and helpful every step of the way. The drawbacks were the neighborhood (which is not Hana's fault). The next-door neighbors stayed up until the wee hours of the morning yelling at each other (which just happened to be right outside the bedroom window). This affected the overall experience but again, is not the hostess' fault. Street parking was safe. Would stay here again and encourage others to as well.

Nice spot but no hot tub

Overall the place is nice. It’s a lovely neighborhood close to stores and restaurants. Very close to six flags which is why we were visiting. So for the good The apartment is spacious and has a tv in each bedroom. The kitchen is huge and well stocked. The owner is super responsive to all inquiries. The house was clean and fresh and well stocked with cleaning supplies etc. the owner sent the cleaner over to help us get linens and set up the pull out. The shower head is a rain fall style and has great pressure. The air conditioners are nice quality and make the apartment icy even though it was like 90 degrees with crazy humidity during our visit. The bad The bed frame in the front living is very wobbly and could use to be replaced.The beds seem smaller than a standard queen mattress. We sleep in a queen at home and this bed felt so much smaller, like my husband had to sleep in the bed with our toddler and I slept on the “full sized” pull out with our teen which was more spacious than the bed in the back bedroom. The bedframe in the back bedroom is metal and sharp as heck, it actually cut my knee open. Check in is kind of a pain the owner sent me a message a few hours before asking me to call an hour before we got there but we were driving and didn’t get the message through Vrbo until we got there. Which was fine but why have to call? Just send the key pad code in the message The ugly Check out is 9 am and THERE IS NO HOT TUB which is listed as an amenity.
