Unwind at a ONE bedroom House of Glam featuring serene, spacious, and stylish comfort of the entire home to yourself. There is also a full size air mattress.
Enjoy high speed internet, a cozy queen size bedroom, office/workout area, full kitchen, furnished backyard patio.
This stay is perfect for a mature couple, single person, professionals, seeking a peaceful environment and super safe walkable neighborhood.
This space is not suitable for children under age 10.

The space
This is definitely a walkable, quiet, modern glam home. There are cameras only on the exterior of the home.
The living room has a remote controlled fandelier, smart tv above the fireplace with a smart Roku television and Discovery channel. Or log into your own Prime or Roku account.
The bedroom is very comfy with lots of space for your wardrobe, a ceiling fan, small desk and tv with Xfinity streaming.
The entire home has a water softener which is great for the hair and skin. Central air and heat is available when preferred.
House of Glam is close to shopping at Houston Premium outlet, Katy Mills outlet and less than 30 minutes from Galleria Mall in The Galleria. 25 minutes from The Heights and Midtown. About 20 min from Memorial Towne Center restaurants and shopping scene. Typhoon Texas Waterpark is nearby, and also several walking and bike trails including Terry Hershey and Bear Creek. Also near Katy Asia Town and Andretti's.
Property is less than 2 miles from grocery stores, car washes, Spec's Wines Liquors, Home Goods, Michaels, Kohl's, JCPENNEY, Starbucks, Amazon Counters and Lockers.
Closest freeways are 99 (Grand Parkway Toll), I10 (Katy Freeway). Beltway 8 is 20 minutes or less taking Clay road east to Beltway 8 or I10 to Beltway 8. Westpark (Tollway) is about 15 minutes away.

Parking is outside in the driveway. There is a Ring doorbell and a smartlock.
