We loved the location. Have been to silver beach towers multiple times over the last 16 years. Wish we could’ve locked the door from the inside as with a hotel room and 2 of the 3 patio doors could not lock from inside. Also, more rules than ever before for the pool. Not sure if it was the HOA or the management company. No floats or balls in the pool and no speaker use (even if it was only audible for our chairs) at the poolside. For the amount we pay for this rental and for not disturbing other guests, we should be allowed to have more fun. May think twice before we return to our beloved vacation spot.

Beautiful!

We loved the size of the property and the view was beautiful! Also we really enjoyed the king size beds in both rooms and the large showers!

Great location. Beautiful beach

The condo is very convenient and easy access to many restaurants and shops. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Awesome balcony!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Things were clean and orderly and the staff that worked keeping the area clean was phenomenal. The pool was clean warm and always ready. The unit was clean and comfortable and exactly is described

Condo on beach in Destin

The condo was beautiful we enjoyed our stay there. There were several little things that needed to be repaired but other than that it was in immaculate condition and very clean! The girl that checked us in was amazing and very helpful. We enjoyed the area and the beach was gorgeous we totally will come back again!!

On the white sands of Destin

Had a chance to stay at this property in early Jan of 2020. Great location, beach was fantastic. It was the low period in Destin, kind of cool but the condo was top drawer would rent it again. Very happy.

Incredible view

The condo was as described. We enjoyed the beach and balcony. Everyone was attentive and accommodating to try to ensure an enjoyable stay. Access to the beach was close and easy- The beach service was quick to close and pick up chairs (always before the surrounding resorts). It’s posted that personal chairs and umbrellas are not allowed on the beach however many families had personal chairs and were able to set up in front of rentals. The unit it self was updated- beds were comfortable- sheets were a little rough. The kitchen pans and utensils need to be updated badly- I was thankful we’d planned to eat out quite a bit. Overall it was a great stay- we all had a great time- Thank You

Beautiful, Comfortable Accommodations, (just a few things to take note of)

We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean and beautiful. The beds were comfortable. We loved the pools and hot tubs. We also loved having a washer/dryer in the condo. The beach service was great. It was very quiet and we very rarely bumped into others on the elevator or on our floor. There are just a few things future renters need to take note of before their stay. -There are no curtains in the living room. So if you have someone sleeping on the couch bed, they will have to be awakened by the bright sunlight. Also while watching tv, this created a glare and made it harder to see. -The toilet paper was cheap, we went and bought something better quality. -There is nothing stocked food wise. Not even “essentials” like salt and pepper, sugar or butter. No coffee, no shampoos, etc. There were small bar soaps and just a few trash bags and dishwasher pods. Not enough for a week stay. -There were no large bowls. My nephew ate his popcorn out of a colander. -The drain in the larger bathroom came off easily when touched. We had to be careful not to cut our feet on that. -Make sure to pull the main door shut. It doesn’t shut easily on its own. -I couldn’t get the window side charger to work in the larger room. Not a big deal as I had a wall block but some may not. We enjoyed our stay. These were just some things we weren’t expecting that we thought others might appreciate knowing before their visit. Thank you.

We truly loved this property and would absolutely book this exact same condo again! It is incredibly comfortable and perfect for a small family, offering fantastic views of both the pool and the beach. Contrary to what some other reviews stated, the balcony is accessible from both the living room and the guest rooms—the doors just require a little extra effort to slide open.As a heads-up for future guests, there are two minor quirks to keep in mind. First, don't pull the master bathroom pocket door completely closed, or it can get stuck (which turned into a funny escape challenge for my teen, but it requires a push from the outside bottom to retract). Second, both toilets require holding the flush lever down for about 6 to 7 seconds to complete a full flush. Aside from these minor quirks, it was a wonderful stay!

Great place for vacation

This was our first time in Destin. We picked this condo and we weren’t disappointed. It was very clean and well taken care of. Had a great view from every room and balcony. We were worried about the kids going on the balcony but there were some bars put in the door tracks to keep the kids from getting out there. This place was about 5 minutes from everywhere we wanted to go with the kids to have fun.
