Luxury Resort Condo on Lake 10 Min from Disney-Fab Amenities 100+ 5 Star reviews

Our newly refurbished 3 bedroom condo is in the Bahama Bay resort on Lake Davenport. Comfortable new King and Queen beds in 2024. The lush, tropical landscaping is immaculate and is 24 hour guarded and gated. The resort is tucked away from the major roads and you don't hear any traffic noise! The complex is Rated 4 stars. One of the nicest locations in Central Florida, Bahama Bay is great for both families and adults wishing to have the space and comfort of a vacation home and still being within 10 – 15 minutes drive to Disney World. You'll love returning to a quiet, amenity filled villa at the end of an exhilarating day!

Our 1,227 square foot unit is on the 2nd floor and has two small patios. There's no one behind you as we overlook a quiet nature preserve - perfect for enjoying morning coffee or a glass of wine at the end of a busy (or relaxing) day. In 2023 we installed new vinyl plank flooring with luxury carpet in the bedrooms. We bought comfortable new leather living room furniture, and all new appliances including a fridge with fridge door water and ice dispenser. We installed a new air conditioning unit and have ceiling fans in every room. There are two larger bedrooms, one with a king bed and a queen in the other. The king has an attached bathroom and patio/balcony. The 3rd bedroom has two twin sized beds. For additional needs there is a pull out couch and two pack and plays. We also have a highchair, an umbrella stroller and a car booster seat for the little ones. There's a 50 inch flat screen tv in the living room and 32 inch flat screen TV's in all three bedrooms. Sleeps 6 – 8 comfortably. In-unit laundry facilities. We've decorated like we would at home and have all the kitchen accessories we have in our home. Our guests tellus they feel right at home as soon as they walk in. There's plenty of towels. We also have lots of pool float items, childrens' books and puzzles and adult puzzles, books and a rummoli game. There's an older set of golf clubs, tennis raquests and a pickleball raquet. You can fish off the dock and we're left a few rods and some tackle for your use.

We'll provide you with a "tip sheet" highlighting all the many restaurants and places to go (in addition to Disney) that are close to our condo. We even provide information on a less busy way to get into Disney. We're in building #17 - a one minute walk from the best pool area at the resort and one minute from Tradewinds Bar and Restaurant. The resort and all its amenities provides a holiday in itself whether you choose to go to theme parks or not. The resort offers beautiful, well kept grounds, nature trails, private white sand beach overlooking Lake Davenport, fishing dock, 4 heated swimming pools, 6 hot tubs, huge children’s splash pad, gas and charcoal barbecues, EV chargers, pickle ball, tennis, beach volleyball, basketball and shuffleboard. You'll enjoy the great walking trail around the ponds where you typically see wildlife and even a gator or two. Check out our photos and the video links to see!

There is a full service spa and salon. Barbecues are a few minutes away. Free Wi-fi access within the condo and at the pool areas. Many have said they really enjoy having their morning coffee overlooking the solitude of the nature preserve and seeing all the wildlife. Other than cleaning at departure, mid-stay service is also available at any time for an additional fee. Inside the condo you’ll find bed linens, towels, beach towels, dishes, cooking utensils, barbecue utensils, etc.

We travel a lot and rent from multiple travel sites. In addition to great beds, cleanliness and location, three things are important to us that many places don’t have:
1. great frying pan - we have three non-stick pans including an omelette pan
2. enough hangers - we have 82 (yes, we counted them)
3. lots of cooking utensils - check out the photo of our utensil drawer - we have lots.

In addition to a great, reasonably priced on-site restaurant, there are many restaurants within a 10 minute drive. Groceries are close by (i.e. Publix or Aldi 5 mins away, 7-11 5 mins away). Gas, bank machines are bars are close by as well. Sunset Walk (next to Margaritaville) and food and entertainment complex is 13 minutes away with free entertainment nightly.
