Charming home in Southport Center with large heated swim spa.

Inviting Southport is an adorable coastal town you must see. This rental home is stocked for an extended vacation including an inviting backyard. Sun room, heated swim spa and lounging all come together for a relaxing experience. Located in the heart of town close to restaurants, boutique shopping, art galleries, fishing, beaches, golfing and much more. Fully stocked kitchen, gas grill, nicely furnished living and dining rooms boast a great experience for you and your family or friends. The primary suite is on the first floor with king bed and bathroom attached. 2 guest bedrooms (both with king beds) with seperate bathroom are located upstairs in addition to an adorable vainty space for overflow. Home is a short drive to Caswell and Oak Island beaches and golfing, approximately 7 miles away. Bed linens, blankets and bath/ kitchen towels are provided. Beach towels are not provided, please remember to bring your own.

Fun in South Port

It was amazing! Everything about our trip was great! The house was my favorite VRBO rental I’ve ever rented. The host was the most attentive and kind I’ve ever communicated with on a house rental. I highly recommend this rental in this fabulous community of South Port!

We had an incredible experience at this rental property! From the moment we booked, the communication was top-notch—clear, friendly, and super responsive. It made the entire process smooth and stress-free.The property itself was immaculate. You could tell it was cared for with great attention to detail—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home.We especially enjoyed the swim spa! We were excited to get back home each night! The location is perfect for venturing to downtown Southport. Most days, we walked everywhere we wanted to go! Kimberly and Kelly went above and beyond as hosts, even mailing us a personal item we left behind. It’s rare to find a place that nails both hospitality and accommodations at this level.Highly recommend to anyone looking for a hassle-free, high-quality stay. We’d absolutely love to come back!

Over the top perfection

We could not have been more pleased with the house, the location and the amenities. The house was super clean, the spa was ready to go and the enclosed back porch was perfect on a rainy evening. Town is literally steps away and the beach is an easy 20 min ride away. Check in/out was a breeze.

Everything we expected and more

We take a trip annually this time of the year with friends to get away from the city. This year we chose to come to Southport because my husband and I grew up in Hope Mills NC and vacationed in the Long Beach area when we were younger. We are so glad we did and so glad the house was everything it was presented as being. The hosts leave no stone unturned and you feel like you are home the moment you walk in. We enjoyed the swim spa as much as the weather would allow. And loved sitting on the screened porch. The area is very quiet and is in close proximity to everything. The only negative we could come up with is the mattresses. They are way too soft for our liking and the beds could used some more pillows. But do not let this stop you from booking as it is only a personal preference. We highly recommend this house and a stay in Southport. We will be back soon.

Spotless, beautiful and the best location!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely house! The beds were incredibly comfortable, making for restful nights. The entire home was spotless and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. One of the highlights was the backyard – a perfect, peaceful spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring and the swim-spa is amazing! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and relaxing getaway! Kelly made the check-in and check-out process so easy and everything was explained so well. We can't wait to stay again!!

Weekend stay with family

The house was everything it showed online and more! Such a beautiful home! Clean and beautifully decorated, all beds were so comfy, the swim spa was amazing.. we took our college aged children and a few of their friends.. and had such a great weekend. We all can’t wait to go back. Southport marina is just a few blocks away..The owners were very accommodating and were easy to communicate with. Highly recommend staying here!:)

WAAAY better than expected!

The displayed photos are accurate, but in person, the house looks even better. It's a new-ish property and lives large with the wonderful outdoor spaces. It's rare to find a 3BR property where all three bedrooms have king size beds. Kitchen was roomy, up-to-date, and well stocked - very easy to work in. Loved the front porch with rocking chairs, covered dining porch, and screened porch. Plenty of parking and our rental golf cart was easy to plug in with the owners extension cord. They thought of everything. Thank you, Kelly and Kimberly!

Top Tier Property

We have stayed in a number of vrbo’s and this is probably the best one yet. This home has everything you need: from the superbly clean, stylish and comfortable home itself, to the outdoor space with swim spa, to the convenience of its location to all the offerings of Southport. The kitchen has everything. We played some of their games and needed paper and pen to score and they had that in the kitchen as well. We spent a lot of time in the swim spa and enjoyed lounging on the deck furniture. The spa is very spacious and clean. The beds were super comfy. Kelly and Kimberly have left no stone unturned. We hope your beautiful home will still be an option the next time we stay in Southport. Thank you for your hospitality!

Wowzer!! Our favorite rental EVER in Southport! What a beautiful home and retreat! Clean, comfortable, inviting- we wanted for nothing other than to never leave.. Owners were absolutely wonderful to work with and extremely responsive! Celebrated our anniversary in what felt like our home away from 💖home. Beautiful house in a great location

This was our 9th girls trip to all different states and by far our favorite house. The hot tub spa was perfect to hang out in every night before bed. Speaking of beds… I need those mattresses in my own house. They were extremely comfortable. Multiple of the 6 girls on the trip plan to return with our families in the future. I would absolutely recommend this house and the area to anyone who asks.

The house was perfect and had everything we needed. It was so clean, the rooms are spacious with great closets and storage, an awesome back yard, within walking distance to so much and the hot tub was amazing! Definitely would be so excited to stay here again.

Better then advertised

The house was in immaculate condition. The pictures honestly don’t do the house justice. The house had things like condiments, spices and other cooking staples provided. It was also decorated beautifully. The hot tub was AMAZING! Every single one of us (5 girlfriends) were impressed with the whole experience. Before we arrived, the host answered any and all questions immediately. We want to rent again next year but for a longer trip! Highly recommend this home, it’s a steal!

The Perfect House

Great stay in Southport to celebrate my wife’s birthday! The house was very nice and a great layout inside and out. Very close to all the restaurants downtown so a very short drive. Breakfast at Carolina Costal Cafe was only a block away and very good food.

Beautiful home, extremely clean, nicely furnished

We stayed for an extended weekend. The house is very spacious and exactly as described! Extremely clean and well maintained. The backyard and swim spa were PERFECT. Super close to everything in Southport. Owner had excellent communication and was even helpful with us establishing dinner plans. Check in and check out a breeze. Kitchen is well stocked. I did notice no toiletries came provided in the bathrooms, but there were plenty of towels. Beds are comfortable, but I would recommend bringing your own pillow if you are particular. The home was kid friendly for our toddler, as well. 10/10 would recommend!

Perfect place to stay

The property is clean, decorated impeccably, and has a well-stocked kitchen.The tea and coffee were a very nice touch! The location is also ideal. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants and then relax in the swim spa at the end of the day. Kim and Kelly are great hosts and we'd love to stay here again.

Great Anniversary vacation!

My wife and I had a great time on our anniversary vacation here. The house was great and had all the amenities you could ask for. Hot tub as awesome on those cool nights. Southport is a great little town and had so many restaurants, cafes, etc. I wish we had more time to try them all. Love this place. Would definitely recommend it for a little getaway!

Our home is located on a quiet street where all the neighbors are friendly. When we purchased the home in 2023 we add a great back yard that would invite each guest to kick back and relax.
