Welcome to Morgan Home – your perfect oceanfront escape!

With breathtaking coastal views, a private beach, and glass walls that frame the sea, this beautifully updated retreat is ideal for a romantic weekend, a peaceful break from city life, a yoga getaway, or a special celebration.

Our guests love to soak in the hot tub and watch the sunset over the ocean. Enjoy our renovated bathrooms, a fresh deck, new hardwood floors and pet-friendly stays (fee applies). Come unwind where the ocean meets the sky.

Holidays and special days like Valentine's Day book very early, usually 2-3 months in advance.

The White Water Oceanfront Home offers two inviting bedrooms for a relaxing stay. The spacious master suite features a luxurious king-size bed and a large bathroom with a soaking tub & rain shower. The guest bedroom has a cozy queen bed and closet with access to a full guest bathroom. Central heating ensures comfort year-round. Cook with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, or explore the many unique dining options just minutes away.

We welcome pets, but they must be added at the time of booking and a pet fee applies.

Please note: Unregistered pets or any pet-related mess may result in a $250 additional cleaning fee.

Mini getaway

Amazing views! House sits on the edge of the cliff with no obstructions. Great window bench seating to enjoy the views, watch the sunset and look for whales - we should have brought our binoculars!

Spectacular location

Spectacular location, and despite the remoteness of the property, a full service grocery store only 10 mins away in Manchester. This location in Irish Beach, is convenient to go exploring the towns and sites up and down the CA coast.

Amazing View!

I have stayed at Morgan House before and really enjoyed it, so decided to book again. Really like the peacefulness of Irish Beach and the house provides everything one might need to have an enjoyable and memorable vacation. Hot tub worked perfectly and all appliances were in good working order. Would love to return!

Great getaway!

We had a great stay at the Morgan House! It does need some fixing up, but it's so cozy and the views are to die for! The owner Sandy is such a lovely person! It's definitely a great place to stay, it is for sale sadly. We will stay again for sure if it's still available in the future.

Thirty-five years later

We stayed at Morgan House thirty-five years ago when everything was shiny and new. This house is still comfortable and has views to die for. Next time, I will remember to bring bath soap.

Wonderful location on the cliffs with spectacular ocean view. Loved the place. Only issue was the tv didn’t seem to work when we went to watch a movie at night. But who cares with this kind of you definitely coming back

Ocean front cliff: hear the waves 24/7!

Delightedly walked into an incredible view over the ocean cliffs. Spectacular views with full windows across the whole house on the ocean side. Spectacular sunsets and captivating by the storms blowing in from the distant ocean! Easy to use fireplace and hot tub enjoyed by our family. Highly recommend.

Always a great, relaxing time

We’ve stayed here several times, and other rentals in Irish beach. But we always come back to the Morgan House. Saw that it is for sale now. Just hope if it does change hands, the new owners will continue with the rental program.

Great spot on the coast

The location is great if you like private and remote. You have to drive a little far to get to the nice restaurants. The picture windows were great, really enjoyed the panoramic views. Not all the windows had blinds and the sun was a little intense at times. Because of the proximity to restaurants the owners should consider a better grille. Don’t mean to be so critical and think this place has a lot of potential. I am grateful that we were able to stay there and would return.

A few minor updates and this house would be perfect.

We loved this house, and it is hard not to give it a 5/5. The view is everything that you would expect from pictures. The view dominates the house, it's amazing. Enjoying the hot tub while watching the sunset was a favorite for sure. The house has comfy beds, couch but it just needs a deep clean and some new screens. A few minor updates would be great.

We are a Bay Area couple who first visited Morgan Home as a guest! And we instantly fell in love with the home...the endless views of the ocean, the magical sunsets, the calming ocean breeze, the view from the hot tub, the corner nook with the view of Point Arena...just everything about this home made us fall in love with it.

So when the owners put the house on the market, we put in an offer without even seeing the place and as they say, the universe worked to make it happen. We are so proud of all the renovations and updates we have done to give it our unique touch. We hope you will love it as much as we do.
