Newly built, our super private guest suite is located at Sunset Beach, on Oahu’s North Shore. Short walk to the beach & Ted's Bakery.
Parking is free & right by your front door.
Kitchenette & bathroom are fully equipped.
New appliances, blinds, mattress, sheets, towels and very quiet split AC unit!

We only rent once per 30 days in order to comply with local vacation rental laws.

The space
This is a SMALL 280 sqft studio apartment underneath our house.
It has a modern clean look, new queen size bed and a Mitsubishi split AC unit for a very comfortable night’s sleep!
Double sliding doors let a lot of light in & showcase a beautiful tropical backyard.
Bikes, snorkels, beach chairs & umbrella are also available during your stay!
Cold outside shower is super refreshing after a day at the beach!

Wake up to the sound of birds, walk to V-land or Sunset Beach for a morning swim and come back to a nice cup of coffee overlooking the lush backyard!

You’ll have your own keyed in code private entrance to your brand new apartment.

Designated parking spot right by your front door.

Laundry machine available on the property. ( shared and limited usage - BYO soap).

Access to beach cruiser bikes which are good enough to ride along the bike path.

Beach chairs, cooler, beach towels, snorkel sets are included!
Moreover, kayaks, bodyboards and swim fins are also available for rent.

Note about the bikes: being on the beach new bikes get rusted fast, so our beach cruisers have no gear and no frills.

We don't have cable TV, but you can connect your own Netflix/Amazon account for your choice of movies and shows!
