Our tranquil and comfortable renovated home is perfect for families and friends who prefer spacious accommodations. Experience home away from home with perks at Casa La Paz. The four-bedroom, two-bath home features a large screened-in Lanai, a resort-style recreational saltwater pool, a spa hot tub, and an outdoor grill. Enjoy waking up to the sound of waterfalls and native birds in your little private oasis from home. We are located in a peaceful gated golf community, centrally located between the amusement parks, beaches, and Cape Canaveral. Approximately 25 minutes from Orlando International Airport, 30 minutes from Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World, Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, and so much more.

Sam and Irma were truly exceptional hosts (the BEST ever!!!). They were incredibly responsive, treated us like family, and made communication feel easy and natural from start to finish. They were always available to help or point us in the right direction.The home was located in a very quiet, gated community and had absolutely everything we needed for our stay in the Orlando area. The amenities were top-tier — especially the pool and hot tub lanai covered area which were perfect for relaxing!We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The HIGHEST recommendation!!

Great Vrbo stay! Pool and hot tub were perfect for family.

Owners were very responsive and great communication was received. Whenever a problem arose they were quick to respond and remedy the situation. House is in an ideal spot to the space coast and Disney parks. Comfortably fit 4 adults and 5 kids.

Host was very welcoming. House and amenities were very nice.PROS: Beautiful house. Nice gated neighborhood. Pool and hot tub.CONS:Bathroom sink faucets were push and release to control water usage. That means you are using cold water unless you want to repeatedly push the knob until the water HOPEFULLY warms up.Kitchen utensils could be updated a bit. A few things are missing. Procedures for check out were a bit much for the amount of money that you are spending and the fact that they are going to come in and clean afterwards. For example, we were told to strip the beds and hang all towels. I would think the cleaning crew would take care of all of that.

Wondeful Property Away From The Noise

Our family of six stayed at the property for a week and had a great time. The location of the property is great, in that you are between all of the theme parks and the east coast beaches, all of which were a roughly 30-40 minute drive for us. The pool and hot tub were great to come back to after a day in the parks and beaches. The house was very tidy and most of what you will need for your stay is provided by the property owners. Most importantly, Sam and Irma were fantastic. They were incredibly quick to respond to any inquiry and wanted to ensure we had a great stay at their property. We would absolutely recommend this property to others.

Lovely place close to nature preserves and away from the chaos of Disney

Place was immaculately clean. Everything in good working order. Irma was very helpful and welcoming. They had a welcome basket, nice furniture and linens. Beds and pillows were comfy. Lots of room for all of us. Beautiful property. Safe, clean area. Went for lots of walks around at the nature preserves. Kitchen had everything you needed. We loved using the hot tub which was toasty. The weather was cool for our stay (12-20C) and the pool uses ambient air for heating so hard to get it warm enough when the outside air is so cold. Not a problem for my son and I who are used to cold lake swimming so we enjoyed it, but some of the other guests found the pool too cold to swim. Sure this wouldn't be a problem in warmer weather though. Location is close to Orlando and The Atlantic with very little traffic around. Was easy to get around. We would definitely stay again and I recommend to those wanting to enjoy Florida but be away from the congestion in south Orlando.

What a great house. The location was about midway between Orlando and Cocoa beach and worked out really nice. The house itself was immaculate. You can tell the owners pay close attention to every detail. The weather was not super great for our week so we definitely were glad to have the awesome pool and hot tub, played some of the games they had, etc. The hosts are awesome people- very communicative and accommodating all week. I could go on and on- bottom line- great house, great people as hosts and nothing negative to say. I would definitely book here again.
