Great property for our ATV friends to stay Lots of room and great parking. Really close to ATV trails was a big plus! Short drive to Hill City made it very convenient to go to restaurants.

The house was very clean and well maintained. Wonderful location on the outskirts of Hill City with easy drives to most of the National and State parks!

Our stay at this home was great. The house was so nice and clean. We had plenty of room for 20 of us. Our grandkids loved the hot tub and loved running around outside. It is close to all the parks in the area too. The kitchen and the huge bar were awesome, made our meals so much easier. We would highly recommend this house!! Great place!!!!

We had a group of 16 for the Sturgis motorcycle rally. We had three trucks and trailers and a total of 10 motorcycles that we were able to put the motorcycles in the garage and leave the trucks and trailers outside. Had a very accommodating circle driveway. The house itself is absolutely fantastic. The pictures do not do it justice. It is absolutely accommodating for our group and we will definitely recommend it. The house has two sets of washer and dryers one upstairs and one in the basement. There are plenty of chairs outside with a huge wrapper on porch a very modern house with a fantastic kitchen. The linens and bedding supplied were fantastic along with soaps, shampoos conditioners, body wash, and toothpaste. The coffee that was provided was fantastic. All you need is your food. Everything else is provided

Family Getaway

This property is perfect for families. We had a variety of ages and the home allowed for all of us to have some privacy and yet be able to enjoy our time al together. It is a quiet and beautiful location. We enjoyed watching the deer in the mornings and evenings. It is close to Hill City and the surrounding attractions. We would stay here again when in the area.

This spacious house suited our large family so well! Enjoyed the hot tub, the kitchen was great for our family style cooking. The one and only tiny drawback was having the atmosphere of a fireplace but not being able to use it! 😕

We absolutely had a blast! We had 20 people from 3 mos old to 78! Saw all the sights. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Lake Sylvia & Custer State Psrk! Even Devils Tower, Falls in Spearfish, Badlands, Caves ! Last day.. Grand Finale….ATV ing the trails near Hill City! I’m totally worn out! We Really enjoyed the house! Worked perfectly for ALL of us! Thank You So Much!

Hidden gem! This place is more than advertised. We will be back!

This place is a hidden gem! It allows you to enjoy the Black Hills all day on the wrap around deck. It's well shaded and super comfortable. There is plenty of room in the kitchen and for suppers we used the outdoor cooking areas. Just a 1/2 mile from a grocery store and town yet tucked into the hills. We could all spread out for privacy or there was plenty of room when we wanted to be together. The managers were great and made sure we knew how to run the air exchange system to keep it cool and bring the fresh black hills air inside!

Great family vacation

Very nice and spacious house. Quiet neighborhood. No problems with anything except wi-fi quit 1 time but got it running again. We stayed in August during a very hot week. The house cooled down nice overnight but was hot during the day. AC in bedrooms but didn't cool the room down. The host answered my questions very quickly. Would highly recommend.

Perfect for a family reunion

This property was perfect for our 50th wedding anniversary/family reunion. It has plenty of room and the kitchen/dining and common areas are enormous with room for all to gather for meals and games. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to feed a large group. The location is handy for visiting all of the major sights in the Black Hills while still being private on a scenic lot. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only negative was the trash cans on the patio and the garage had not been emptied when we arrived, so we were obliged to take care of that. Not a big deal but I mention it so that it can be added to your cleaning list.

The home provided the space we needed for our family to stay in one place for our daughter's wedding which was nice. The cleanliness and upkeep of the home did not match the premium price we paid for a summer rental in the Black Hills. One shower did not work, the decks and garage had not been swept in a long time, the floors were dirty and master closet was filthy and cluttered with tools and construction debris. We spent over 7500 for a 4 day weekend and were disappointed by the standard of clean and overall maintenance of the home.

Excellent place for grandparents get away . we do this get away every year and this by far has been the nicest place we have stayed. Very clean, very well stocked. We loved everything about the place. Will definitely be back.
