A third bedroom also offers a king-size bed with a small couch and television to relax. The master suite features a king-size bed, a walkout balcony with chairs to overlook the yard and lake, an ensuite bathroom with a separate area for the toilet, a large walk-in closet, and a private seating area with a couch. The windows look out towards the water. On the second floor, you will find a second full bathroom and a laundry room.

Walk down to the lower level for a game of ping pong, enjoy a great workout using the equipment there for you to use, or relax on the big comfy couches and watch TV for a perfect family movie night.

The landscaped yard offers outdoor seating for up to ten people, a fire pit, flowers, and stone benches by the lake. The home offers a kayak, two stand-up paddleboards, a place to dock your boat, and a natural shoreline leading into the lake.
