You'll find all you need to relax and create amazing memories including a hot tub, fire pit, fully stocked kitchen for meals in, flat top grill, cornhole games, 2 kayaks, and a huge dining area for rainy days and family game nights. Nestled in a cove in the northern shores of the Gravois Arm, you'll find peaceful enjoyment away from all the busy parts of lake life. A perfect place to fish, swim, float, and escape.

Getting There
Ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. Inquire about gravel roads if concerned as the road conditions can change. Just 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City and a half day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas and Arkansas you have great access for families to connect and gather. International airport is in Kansas City and regional airports are available in Columbia and Springfield.

Lake Time

This was an excellent property to stay at. Having two houses gave us plenty of room to spread out. Being at this spot on the cove was relaxing, quiet, and peaceful. The dock and provided kayaks and paddle boat made for awesome memories and experiences! Loved the sun room area with the big table that we could all fit together!

Nice place to stay with a large group

The houses were clean and spacious.A few items noted....black mold on wall in the master bathroom and issues with ants in the kitchen. No keriug machines in the kitchens as listed, just drip coffee machines.We cleaned up the mold and daily cleaned up the ants.The hot tub was a nice touch. The location was perfect in the end of a cove. Swimming off the docks was great. Fishing in the mornings was good, plenty of fish to catch.

Our team arrived to assist with the mold that was communicated; but they were asked to leave the treatment so we have not yet seen this issue. Our listing does specify a traditional coffee maker, but we'll be sure to clarify this better. Your insights help us improve, and we hope to host your group again with an even smoother experience.

Annual family get away

I love the flexibility of have the 2 houses side by side as I had my 3 kids and their family. It was tucked away at the end of the cove. It was quiet and the weather was great. We take an annual trip to Lake of the Ozarks every year. I will definitely try to rebook this place next summer

Hidden Gem

This place was perfect for our large family. Property had 2 houses which worked out perfect. Us older folks could get some sleep 😴 while the younger ones stayed up late in the other house. It was very quiet even during the weekend but was close to jolly rogers and coconuts when we wanted to turn things up a bit. Will be staying here again!!

Wonderful property for our family get a way!

Having 2 houses side by side was perfect!! The lake was low, so fishing wasn't good, but it was perfect for the little ones. We didn't have to worry as much with them playing in the water because it was only knee high on the adults the whole length of the dock. The teens really enjoyed the kayak. Both houses were clean and well stocked. Issue with the Wi-Fi and electric on one end of porch, but the owner sent someone right out. My husband has COPD and was able to make the walk to the dock easily. All on one level in the main house was a great plus.

So wonderful to hear you enjoyed your stay! We think the two homes have alot to offer families. The water does go down in the fall / winter and then comes up again in May for the summer recreational season. This past year it did get low a bit earlier in the fall. If you return again in the summer you'll find some great 4-6 feet of water for swimming and floating.

Relaxing getaway

This is a rare property at the lake. Being at the end of the cove means that the lake is always calm. Having access to the boat dock is huge. We brought a boat and 2 jetskis and there was plenty of room to tie off on the dock. There was no wake, so there was no issue with the boats bobbing up and down The property is also flat, which is great for the grand kids. There is also plenty of parking for vehicles and trailers Having 2 homes on the property is also wonderful. Being able to separate the late nighters from the early risers is nice The 2 houses are modern and clean. They provide just about everything you’ll need This was our 2nd stay here and we really enjoyed it. I highly recommend this place

This property fit our group of 10 nicely and the outdoor living space saved our stay. The hot tub was great and the tables on the outdoor patio as well as the yard and outdoor entertaining space made up for some of the short comings we experienced. Our stay started in a worrisome manner because we were not able to get into the guest house. The code that was given to use did not work for the guesthouse. I reached out to the property manager via text and phone using the number emailed to me but never heard back from them. The ONLY reason we had access to this half of the property was because, by chance, the owners stopped by the property to pick something up and gave us their personal code. If this chance encounter had not have happened, we would have had to cancel our trip as we would not have had access to enough accommodations to house our group. The guest house interior was far more appealing than the main house interior. The guest house had a spacious bathroom, felt updated and clean, and was the perfect way for those who wanted to escape the daily activities and take a nap or relax.Inside the main interior, we were immediately met with a pungent musty smell. We had to immediately do a load of laundry because all of the provided kitchen towels and all of the blankets smelled like mildew. We also had to wash all bowls, plates, and cups/coffee mugs prior to using them because they w
