Stargazing Luxury Solar RV with mountain views! 30 mins to Grand Canyon.

Located 30 mins south of the Grand Canyon, you’ll get to relax and enjoy beautiful views of the San Francisco peaks, Red Butte, and a good many constellations on a clear night sky.

The bedroom includes a wide window for a direct sunrise view as well as a view of Red Butte. The property sits on 1 acre and has a couple small outdoor games to enjoy.

The master bedroom has a queen sized mattress and ample storage space. The bunk bed area has 2 twin beds, a seating area that can turn into a floor mattress, and one medium sized storage cabinet. The living and dining room areas have seating for 4-6 people, and the dining table area can be converted into a sleeping area for 1-2. The stove is gas powered and will come with instructions. The property is not too far off the paved roads, but far enough from the city that you can properly disconnect. Wifi is Starlink so you'll still get to enjoy 100+ MBPS speeds when needed!
You have access to the full 1 acre with the exception of some small areas right behind and to the side of the RV (for safety reasons)

Lovely!

We enjoyed our stay very much! This home was very clean and had everything we needed or wanted. It's solar powered which is a bonus. We stayed for 2 nights so we could make a small exploration of the Grand Canyon. This is a great location from which to make day trips. We want to make a longer visit to the Grand Canyon next year (not sure when yet) but would most definitely love to stay in this home again!

Great location for stargazing

We stayed here as a family—including my elderly parents and our 5-year-old—and had a wonderful experience. The place was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. All instructions for using the AC/heating, generator, and other amenities were clear and easy to follow.It was my parents’ first time staying in an RV, and they thoroughly enjoyed it! The views are absolutely stunning, and the location is peaceful and secluded—perfect for stargazing if you know what to look for.We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to others!

I so badly wanted to give this place a better review, but I have to be honest about our experience.Check-in did not go smoothly. Our 3:00 PM check-in passed without a door code, and I didn’t receive it until I reached out at 4:30 PM. The owner responded quickly and said the automated system failed, which I understand can happen. However, when we arrived the lockbox code still didn’t work, and we had to use a secondary lock box after much delay.As we moved in, my daughter repositioned the bunk ladder and the railing snapped off. It was clearly previously broken and only held by one screw. The owner confirmed it had been broken before our stay and was awaiting repair.I also asked ahead of time about a coffee maker but never got a response. There was none in the camper, and while searching the cabinets a door fell off its hinge. The owner later said the coffee press had recently broken and had not been replaced. There were also other signs of wear like broken screens and missing handles, making it feel less maintained than expected.We followed the printed guide for generator/solar setup exactly but could not get lights or TV to run on solar as advertised. This meant we couldn't charge our devices overnight, which isn’t practical for camping. Communication continued during the stay, but several issues remained unresolved.The guidebook had a different address than what was listed on the camper. Making locating difficult. The camper was clean but these issues made it hard.

The RV is in a great location close to the park beautiful views. The beds were comfortable. Communication was great with our host. I forgot to read the online guide book before we arrived so we were confused about turning on ac. The only negative is that you need to turn on the generator to run the microwave and ac. We understand it runs on solar but it was annoying to have to go outside each time you wanted to use them.
