Rangers Stadium, AT&T Stadium, six flags & the plethora of activities Arlington has to offer are only minutes away. An easy drive to both Fort Worth & Dallas! Access to a laundry room onsite and a dedicated parking spot. A great fit for nurses, internships, professors, corporate stays, or while you find your perfect home!

Beautiful 2-bedroom apartment with everything you need to relax or get some work done. It is cozy but well designed to feel very spacious. A full bathroom and kitchen, as well as a comfortable living area with a 65` TV. Each bedroom boasts luxurious name-brand mattresses (1K and 1Q) and TVs. In case you need to get some office work done, a desk area is available to help you focus. All the basic equipment you need to make meals, and plenty of restaurants nearby, should you want to kick back and relax. We professionally clean all of our units utilizing an electrostatic cleaner, which ensures the sanitation of all surfaces!

This apartment is located within walking distance from the University of Texas in Arlington. Our small complex has been remodeled with care! Most of our tenants are grad students or professors and our property manager lives on site ensuring a quiet and comfortable stay. Rangers Stadium, AT&T Stadium, six flags and the plethora of activities Arlington has to offer are only minutes away.

Arlington offers an uber like service called `Via` that is only $3 and can take you anywhere in the entertainment district.

PET POLICY: We allow one pet only - small dogs (under 25 lbs) or cats. Large dogs are not permitted. Please be sure to add your pet(s) to the reservation when booking. The pet fee is $100 per month.

Barking is of our utmost concern. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation if a dog`s barking is disturbing other guests. Please do not leave them alone if they get sad and bark.

Please keep your pets off the furniture, pick up your pets` waste, and be respectful of other guests, keeping them on leash and away from other guests at all times.

*Please note you will be assessed a fine if you bring a pet(s) without adding them to the reservation prior to your arrival.

Due to insurance, we do have breed restrictions. We are unable to host Akitas, ChowChows, Dobermans, German Shepards, Huskies, Mastiffs, Pit Bulls, and related breeds, Rottweilers, Wolf Hybrids, and Presa Canario.
*Smoking is ONLY allowed in designated area away from the door. If there is any evidence of smoking (including smell) you will be assessed a fine. *Please be respectful of others on property and keep noise to a minimum from 9pm-9am. If we are unable to reach you or have continued noise complaints we reserve the right to terminate booking without a refund. In addition Amplified sound equipment that produces audible sound beyond the property line of the premises between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. is prohibited. *A phone number of a guest actually staying on property must be provided. *Guest count MUST be accurate for liability and legal reasons- Arlington Law mandates a maximum of 2 people. It includes all people staying in the unit, including the person reserving it and any guests that may stop by. This is STRICTLY ENFORCED! A fine of $150 per person will be assessed for violating this house rule. *You may only utilize a maximum of 2 parking spots without permission. Vehicles must be parked in designated parking areas only- No street parking. *Please no parties, `social gatherings` or events of any kind. If you throw a party or anything similar to one without permission, you will be assessed a fine. *Due to Arlington Law- THERE IS NO CONGREGATING outside from 10pm-9am. Sorry- this is the law! *Please dispose of excess trash in the dumpster * There shall be no advertising or promoting a special event or allow the advertising and promotion of a special event to be held on the premises. *Please no pets, as much as we love them we are unable to accommodate the extensive cleaning required. If pets are brought without our consent a $200 fee will be charged.
