Tastefully updated Old Town home that was originally a Sears catalog home built in 1918. The Two bright upstairs bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower, tub, toilet, and vanity. There is an additional bathroom on the main level with a shower, tub, toilet, and sink. Two bedrooms on the main level with a double bed and a twin daybed that converts into a king. Amazing curb appeal with this home and the two 100+ year-old elm trees providing lots of shade. You'll enjoy the privacy of the backyard with a covered pergola for additional shade or protection from the occasional afternoon rain shower. Have a hot cup of morning coffee or evening cocktail on the enclosed front porch.
We enjoyed our stay! The inside was very clean and well stocked. The outside is very cute but did require a bit of clean up for us to go outside and use the furniture. Thank you for having us!
This home was perfect for our family. The two lower bedrooms were perfect for our parents. The upper bedrooms were adorable and very spacious. Everything in the house was well thought out. The location could not have been better! Close to Old Town and all of the great shops and amazing restaurants.
The house was so cute and in the perfect location! The kitchen was well stocked and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We had unseasonably warm weather, so we were able to enjoy the patio and backyard. We had a great stay and definitely recommend this property!
Great spot to stay close to city. Stayed here with our 3 kids and my parents. Very walkable. House was clean and the host was responsive. Would recommend.
We stayed here over the 4th of July holiday. The property was clean, well kept, and extremely nice, comfortable, and quiet. Centrally located and within walking distance of many different places. Host was very responsive to the few questions we had. I would highly recommend!
Beautiful house and yard. Great location to old town. Access to bikes was wonderful to bike to town and on the bike trail! It snowed during our stay which was magical!
We came to Fort Collins to stay for the weekend during my graduation from CSU. This property is perfectly located. Everything is under a mile away that you would possibly need to get to. We had a lot of fun⊠Also check out New Belgium Brewery.
We cannot say enough about our perfect stay at this rental, start to finish. The house was charming, immaculately clean, in a great neighborhood (wide open streets for running and walking distance to both CSU and restaurants and shops). The owner allowed us to use their washer/dryer when I became anxious about the linens needing to be washed before moving our child into her dorm, He could not have been nicer and it was exactly what we needed to calm our nerves before a very stress-inducing time. Forever grateful. My husband was so impressed with the place that he hopes to reserve it every time we visit - even if we donât need so much space. It is just that good. Thank you so much, Ruben!
We loved our stay, the house was beautiful and plenty of space. Easy walk to old town or campus. We loved the patio and the use of the bikes was a huge plus. We would definitely stay again!
