Welcome to this multipurpose entrainment home! Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. 4 bedroom/2 full bathroom house with three levels has everything you need for a comfortable stay. This home has a full kitchen, game room, hot tub, Lounge deck, Lower level out door lounge area with fire pit, putt putt golf, game room, corn hole, even large screen outside for movies. This location is 10 minutes from downtown, 5 minutes from Oakland Station, Kenwood mall, and wine tasting

Great property owner

Overall this place was great. Few things here and there that were unexpected but the owner was incredibly responsive checking in daily and fixing any issues immediately. Was great sitting on the deck and taking walks around the neighborhood. Kids loved the bunk beds and Pac-man game.

Great Event Location!!

Had a 34th birthday party here for my boyfriend and his friends. Great space, lots of room for entertainment on the main level and great aesthetics!

July 4 th weekend

The house was nice and accomodated all of us the back deck and yard was a disappointment my husband cleaned all chair cushions and wiped off tables so we could sit out there we had brought r own chairs some of us used them also we were looking forward to playing corn holes boards were broken missing we would have brought our own and the covered area in yard was not acceptable fire pit not usable hornets in overhead cover . kids couldnt play in yard. Ants in the kitchen , no storage in bedrooms downstairs faucet was in poor condition when i took a shower almost came out of wall.

Very pleasant stay in Cincinnati

We were in town for a wedding and the house was perfect for our family of seven. Plenty of room for all of us. The host was very nice and easy to reach.

Perfect getaway stay

The property is in a great location and everything in it seems brand new! The host is extremely responsive and very kind and helpful. There are lots of beds and amenities, our group had a wonderful stay!

Fantastic visit with family

We truly enjoyed this home, was perfect for our family gathering to celebrate our niece's birthday (a student at Miami). House made gathering for a family dinner easy and relaxing!

Not a good Experience

There was minimal communication with the host. I had to get in touch with them to know the check-in information and then they resent the informarion at 5pm an hour after check-in time. So if i would have waited for them to send me the information I would not have recieved it until an hour after we had already gotten there. That was all very weird to me. Then the check-out information was very vague. There was a completely shattered window that was not been fixed. There were dirty towels under the bathroom sink, dirty plates in the cabinets, no trash bags were provided, water damage on the ceiling, walls and floors were just generally not clean. It appears futons and couches had been moved since the pictures were taken. There were insects everywhere, dead and alive. We only stayed for a night, if it had been longer than that we would not have stayed here. We will not be staying here in the future.

Modern Chic

The home was decorated beautifully. The host was amazing and communicated consistently and effectively every time an issue would arise. Everything got fixed in a timely manner. The snacks and wine was a great touch and very welcoming. The beds slept extremely comfortable and slept better then most hotel beds. If I ever come back I will be staying here again. Thanks for the hospitality.

Nice place to stay

The inside of the house was very pretty but we didn’t realize that there were only 3 bedrooms and they each have 2 beds in them, so be aware of that. The hot tub was an inflatable one that was very slippery (slimey) and had a weird stench. I feel if the back yard had some landscaping it would feel much nicer. It was pretty pricey but we enjoyed our stay and the host was very easy to reach and made sure we had made it there and that everything was up to our standards. I liked that there was enough space between the houses in the neighborhood so you weren’t constantly worried about bothering any neighbors.

Beware of this property!

We booked this property for a stay for my daughter's graduation from Xavier Univ. Based on the reviews we didn't have concerns until we arrived. First, all beds/baths are upstairs or downstairs, so if you have any older visitors, it will not be convenient for them. The stairs to the basement are very steep and narrow. The stairs going upstairs are fine but the banister seems like it might detach soon. After we arrived (and more concerning) we noticed a trail of ants (smaller black ants) leading up the stairs and into the bedroom at the top of stairs. They were pooled at the top of the landing and were throughout the bedroom floor. That same bedroom had a snickers wrapper behind the door on the floor along with a hairball. In the 2nd bedroom with bunkbeds, there was another hairball found when we pulled back the comforter and top sheet. The bedding on both beds in the basement level was caked with dirt/old food. We also found more of the smaller black ants on the kitchen counter near the air fryer and a large red carpenter type ant on the dining room bench. If I could attached photos here I would.Finally, we discovered a bra and socks tucked into the corner of the couch! If you are looking for a place to simply party and aren't concerned about cleanliness then perhaps this place is for you. If you want a clean place, I suggest you look elsewhere. We left and went to a hotel. The property manager told us we would get a refund but now are out 1400.
