Beautiful Home at 446 Frank & Fourth

This property is located on a corner lot with a private fenced back yard and a beautiful cemetery across the street giving you privacy almost all around.
Recently remodeled the property has new flooring, paint, appliances, furniture, kitchen supplies and so much more!!
The exterior has also been painted and recently re landscaped. We just put down some grass seed so please forgive our progress.

Quick stay!

Enjoyed the property and was just what we needed to rest after a long day of painting our new house. The area was quiet and close to all my needs! Definitely would recommend it!

Wedding weekend

The location to our wedding weekend venues was perfect.We had everything we needed. The neighborhood was a “mix” of houses in disarray. So very helpful to have the fenced in yard for the dog! Overall we had an unforgettable priceless weekend of relaxation in the house and backyard.

Dance Competition

Had a dance competition in New Castle and with a family of 6 needed something for the weekend where we weren’t on top of one another. This house was well cleaned, stocked, and made a nice weekend away from home home.

Wonderful and relaxing stay.

We are return visitor and were again very pleased. We were is Sharon for an event and this property was only 3 minutes away from the venue. The property was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet. The owner communicated with us very well with fast responses, and made extra efforts to facilitate an early check-in for us, which was very appreciated. We will very definitely be back again!! Thank you Lincoln!

The property was really nice, the host was also very communicable! The only “off” thing was the cemetery, but it wasn’t an issue *at all*. It was a very beautiful home, definitely would consider again!

Convenient location, clean home.

House fit our needs. Clean and comfortable. Couple of comments to make it better. Kitchen needs to be appointed with more tools, serving and mixing bowls, glassware and plateware. Trundle bed needs a much better mattress and possibly add a fold-out bed/couch for the living room. Lincoln was super responsive, friendly and professional.

Our family of 5 had a lovely time staying here for one night. We have 3 boys (16, and twins 12). Our oldest slept on the twin bunk at the top and the twins shared the double on the bottom. We all had plenty of room. The home was located in a very quiet neighborhood, not far from the highway. The house was stocked with every need. The back yard is beautiful fenced. I would stay here again anytime possible. Lincoln was very easy to work with and had great communication.

Nice place. Good access to our activities

We went there to stay for a wedding in the Pittsburg area. The house was nice. Unfortunately the furnace went out, but our host did what he could to make it comfortable. (Sometimes, things happen. It's how you react to them that's important)

Smelly was the first impression. No soap or shampoo. One roll of toilet paper. Dirty baseboards. Nail sticking out threshold of bedroom and sitting area. We had to buy a candle and d other necessities. Should be a lot cheaper for what it was

Affordable Luxury

This property was exactly as listed and pictured with great extras. The property owner has provided everything from firewood for purchase to complimentary coffee service and a fully stocked kitchen. The beds were extremely comfortable with plenty of additional linens and blankets. The bathroom linens were plush and abundant. The property was nicely decorated and very clean. I would DEFINITELY recommend this property and I will also check their availability the next time I plan to visit the Shenango Valley!

Just What We Needed

This property was just what we needed for our short stay in PA! I needed somewhere I could bring my dog as we were traveling with her and this place & host was so accommodating with allowing pets. The house was clean and easily accessible and the host Lincoln was very accommodating and responsive. My only qualm was a slight mildewy smell upon arrival which I expected with a house having a basement and it raining recently, especially from growing up up North, otherwise everything worked well for us & would stay again!

Property as expected

I needed 1 night in this general location with more than 1 bedroom. I planned to spent little time in the property beyond sleeping. This property met my needs and was as advertised (acceptable housing with a low-end cost). Walking distance to restaurants and Wi-Fi provided. I was worried about potential theft/damage to my vehicle as it was parked openly overnight, but it was fine. Property was clean and neat. For the price, I accept a few minor imperfections. I was surprised that the host fee was more than the cost of 1 night stay (the advertised price), so the initial advertised price was only 40% of what I actually paid: 1 night, host fee, service fee, and taxes. Still, the final price to access a house with individual bedrooms, a living room, and porch was acceptable and I am satisfied with my choice of this property.
