This 550 sq ft 1 bed/1 bath apartment is located upstairs in a nicely updated triplex close to the airport with easy access and on-site parking. Includes luxury vinyl plank flooring and full blackout, thermal insulated curtains. With a full kitchen that includes a dining area, a bathroom that features a shower/deep soaking tub combo, washer/dryer in-unit, living room with ample seating, an office area with wireless printer, 2 smart tvs and outdoor seating. Great place to stay while you enjoy Alaska!

Anchorage retreat

The property was great; sparklingly clean and appointed with every comfort. Very close proximity to airport and Lake Hood float plane center. Quick access to downtown restaurants. Loved the modern design and decor of the rental. We used as an hub for day trips around the Anchorage area. (Girdwood, Portage Glacier area, Turnagain Arm, Matanuska Glacier, Hatcher Pass.)

Location was good, liked staying at this house. Very clean, washer and dryer, comfortable bed and couch. Would recommend, and would stay here again.

We stayed here 2 nights when we furst arrived in Anchorage for a 2 week vacation in Alaska. It suited our needs fine. Everything about the inside of the house was well thought out and organized. Very nice!

Great apartment, great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay. The apartment is as advertised. It was clean, comfortable with lots of little things supplied to make your stay enjoyable. Perfect location, close to Lake Hood for a sea plane adventure and 10mins to downtown. Close to highways for further adventures. Close to airport. Car space is a bonus. Thank you Christopher for sharing your little piece of Anchorage.

Must stay in Anchorage

My husband and I had a fantastic stay. The property is just a 5 minute drive from Ted Stevens International Airport. We preferred this location to downtown which was only a 10 minute drive. Christopher is an excellent host who truly has thought of everything to make his guests comfortable. We were so comfortable on the 2nd night of our stay that just we didn’t even want to go out! We were so comfortable in our “home away from home”. Highly recommended and will be our first choice next time we’re in Anchorage.

Chris has thought of everything to make guest comfortable & happy. Comfortable bed, soft towels, labeled cabinet so you know where everything is. We even walked to the Fancy Moose Lodge to eat dinner were we watched the float planes taking off & landing. We highly recommend this apartment unit. It will be our first choice when we return to Anchorage.

Sparkling New Apartment

This property appeared brand new! There was nothing in it that showed any wear and tear. It was comfortable, tastefully decorated and stocked with everything you could possibly need. There was even an air purifier running to keep it fresh. It was located in a residential area near the airport. We walked down the street to the Lakefront hotel, sat on the deck, ate dinner, and watched the float planes on Lake Hood. Chris was responsive, left us some welcome goodies, and had labels to help us find things we might need. We parked in our reserved spot outside of the unit. Everything was convenient and comfortable. We loved it!!

Alaska vacation.

Chris did a great job of thinking of everything. It was a great clean and extremely well outfitted apartment Where we stayed for a week. We were able to use it as a jumping off point for Seward, Girdwood, Whittier, Alyeska, and Denali. Thank you Chris for a memorable stay!

Great property

Very nice apartment located within a few miles of the airport. Very clean and stocked. I was able to cook every day without needing anything. Lots of extra attention to any needs you may have. The owner was easy to contact and quick to answer any questions I had. I will definitely stay here again.
