Mountainside townhouse with two living areas
Our Settlers Creek home will offer your party a secluded, private place with easy access to all Keystone and the Summit County region have to offer. With two living areas, three bedrooms, four beds, two pull-out couches and three bathrooms - there is plenty of space to spread out and come together for an epic trip.
Free access to the on-site heated pool, hot tubs, Keystone Resort shuttle, nature trail, hiking and biking routes and having River's Run <1 mile away will complete your stay.
The space
Our townhome is a three story home with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms for you and your party to enjoy. One unique aspect of our location is the second living room - perfect for kids or others to watch a movie or play games. Large windows and patio doors add ample natural light to the home and lovely cross-breezes during summer months.
First Floor:
Enter through the covered front patio to a hallway ready for coats, backpacks, shoes and other items with plenty of hanging and storage space to keep them out of the way.
The second living space is located on the first floor with mounted TV, electric fire place, pull out sofa couch and many boardgames to enjoy with your party.
A full bathroom with shower is convenient from the first floor living space.
The separate utility room provides a free area for you to wash and dry your clothes.
A one-car garage and driveway space leave plenty of room for parking.
Second Floor:
A thoroughly well-equipped kitchen with gas range, full-size refrigerator, wine fridge and dishwasher welcome the chef in your party to cook a great meal. Blender, coffee makers, air fryer and more will meet all of your cooking needs.
A dining table seats 6 guests comfortably with nearby bar stools adding an additional 3 table settings.
The living room wraps up the great room and consists of a sofa (with pull out, memory foam queen mattress), love seat and swivel chair. A great place to catch the game or your favorite show while the gas fireplace adds additional warmth with the flick of a switch.
An outdoor propane grill is also available just steps out the back door on the unit's patio along with patio furniture and a small yard at the steps of the wilderness.
The second floor has both the queen guest room with walk out patio access and the third bedroom with queen-over-queen bunk-beds. These rooms share the second floor bathroom with bath/shower combo.
Third Floor:
The third floor master suite offers a jetted tub and shower, dual sinks, Sleep Number king bed, walk in closet and mounted television. The third floor loft area offers a desk, chair and lamp for the perfect working space while you are visiting.
There are a total of 5 televisions including one in each bedroom.

You and your party will have access to our entire three-story townhome and guest access to the on-site Minnie's Cabin with heated pool, two hot tubs, gas grill and indoor pool table, tv area.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
The serene setting of Settlers Creek sold us from the moment we stepped foot on the property. Being so close to River Run and all Keystone has to offer while also having access to nature trails and quiet was unique.
Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
We have two living areas on separate floors - perfect for families traveling or groups of people who want to do two different things after a long day on the slopes or the trails. The common, heated pool and hot tub are a 3 minute walk away. Easy and free shuttle access to Keystone is also steps away.
