Well located with two streetcar lines right outside the door to take you around.Somewhat sparsely equipped if you are staying more than a few days like we did.A few extra kitchen towels, place to unpack and store your clothes would have been nice.Manu, the host was great and very easy to communicate with.

The apartment is in a great location right next to Rennweg tram stop. You can walk 10 minutes to the Opera House and other Vienna attractions. It's also clean and a good option for families due to the layout of the apartment, the kitchen and the washing machine..My only recommendation to the owner was to provide a microwave in the kitchen for future guests. I would also warn anyone who is a light sleeper that it is a very busy street and the noise at night might disturb your sleep.

This was a nice apartment but could have been great with just a few additional amenities. We received 1 towel per guest. That's really not adequate. How difficult can it be to give an additional towel? The hand soap was also in short supply. The property is listed as 2 bathrooms when in fact it is not. One bathroom was great - roomy, bathtub and shower but no toilet. There was a WC with just a toilet and sink. No mirror. That could have made a difference in terms of getting ready. So overall not bad but with just a few minor things, it could have been much better.

Excellent location. We hope to stay there again in two years. Roomy and very clean.Senior citizens or those with physical challenges may find the beds a bit low. If you are not use to city noises, getting to sleep may be somewhat challenging, although after the second day we had adjusted to the nighttime sounds.The host was very available for our questions as they arose.

We enjoyed the size of the room and the location. There were a few amenities that were lacking. There were 3 towels for our entire stay and they were not quality. The VRBO said there was a washing machine and a dryer. There is a washing machine but only a drying rack. I would be nice to have mirrors in the bedroom. We liked how the shower, bath, and sink area was in one location and then there was a toilet room. That was convenient for 3 people. This apartment was quiet and convenient to Vienna.

Don’t be deceived by pictures. Very poorly decorated. On sink in bathroom only hot water. One roll of toilet paper. Towels were like sandpaper. If I could have booked a hotel mid stay I would have. Don’t recommend

Regarding the bathroom, we will inspect the sink immediately, as both hot and cold water should be available. Additional toilet paper is provided and can be found in the cabinet. Our towels are professionally laundered at 60°C to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene, which may affect their texture. Mani was very kind and welcoming. The apartment was very clean, sheets were fresh, bathroom was very nice. Location is perfect, there’s a convenience store, cafe, train, and tram within a minute or less. You can get to the inner city in 15 min or less.

Fantastic location and spacious apartment.

This property is very comfortable and was very easy to get to, from the airport. The apartment itself is spacious, it it very clean and comfortable. The walking distance to major sites makes it an ideal property. I will definitely be renting this apartment for my next trip to Vienna.

Lovely two night stay

My friend and I were traveling in Vienna for the first time and the apartment provide the perfect location for us to see the city with ease and rest comfortably at the end of the day. It was very spacious and the AirCon was a huge help for the very hot summer days. The hosts were also very communicative and helpful throughout our time.

This apartment is in an excellent location - across the street from two different tram lines. Also, restaurants, cafes, the grocery store, and Belvedere Palace are within a 5 minute walk from here. My friend and I (both female) felt very safe in this neighborhood, even the times we got in very late.Mani was super responsive when we had questions. He sent step-by-step directions and even an instructional video about how to check in. The only con was the water temperature. Even after we were instructed how to get hot water it did not stay hot for a long time. That was not a huge deal since we went during the massive European heat wave, and it's probably just an American expectation for a long, hot shower! :) Also, note that there is no dryer. That wasn't an issue, as we already knew this and our clothes dried within a few hours.

The location and the roominess were fantastic. The furniture and utensils were very minimalistic e.g. no drawers to hang close. We enjoyed out stay .

Thanks for your review. Our furniture is matter of taste and they look exactly like the pictures that we have provided online the only furniture that we have changed is the two beds in the smaller room for a better comfort and a new couch-bed in the living room. In the master bedroom we have a closet cabinet to hang your close and in the smaller bedroom there is a glass closet where you can hang your close (again exactly as it is shown on the pictures online) We will also soon provide a drawers cabinet. Fabulous stay in Landstraße!

We were thrilled with the location and the many options available for dining, easy transportation, and moderate walking to famous Vienna sights. The flat was clean and convenient, and it perfectly suited our needs. We were happy that there was air conditioning, as the weather was unusually warm. Would stay here again!

Lovely place in convenient location right next to U train station (easy city trains and central railway station access). Spacious, clean, comfortable, newer fixtures. Could use more towels and linens, but we managed.
