À 30. Septembre 1791 fut la création de l'opéra "La Flûte enchantée" de Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart à cet endroit.

Il est situé au cœur du centre-ville animé de Vienne.

Il y a un salon séparé, une deuxième chambre à coucher, une salle à manger avec une table à manger et ainsi séparer la cuisine et une porte de sécurité. La cuisine entièrement équipée avec réfrigérateur vous donnera la possibilité de cuisiner pendant votre séjour.

L'appartement est situé dans le 4ème arrondissement, à la frontière du premier arrondissement près de l'opéra et de Karlsplatz. Cette zone est absolument sûre et célèbre pour de nombreuses galeries d'art contemporain. Il y a beaucoup de cafés et de restaurants dans ce quartier.

Great Apartment Near Opera Street

Quiet and clean apartment with lots of space. Comfy bed and nice shower. We were surprised there was no TV. Lots of wasted space that could have been used better for furniture in living area. We enjoyed our stay very much.

very nice apartment

Nice flat - the shower enclosure leaked and required us to do some mopping of the floor. Hopefully the manager will correct. Otherwise it’s a very nice home. Note - elevator is in the building but there are five steps up to the elevator's ground floor

First stay in Vienna

Great stay in Vienna. Great location, easy to get to the main attractions. Comfortable and big. Close to many grocery stores. I wish the kitchen was more equipped with some basics (salt, pepper, olive oil) and maybe a few extra rolls of toilet paper (we were six with one roll ). Still loved our stay. Close to Christmas markets. Had a blast

Great place and exceptional lication

The property is a real find. It is a ten minute walk from the Opera, twenty minutes from Hofsbourg and three minutes from the naschmarkt. I can’t imagine a better location. The apartment itself was clean, quiet and spacious. Do note that there is no tv, though we had so much to see and do it wasn’t really an issue.

Wonderful location and spacious

We spent a very nice 5 days at this apartment. There were 3 of us: my husband and I plus a good friend. The apartment was spacious and clean with a good sized bathroom. The larger bedroom was quite large, as well as the dining and living room. All were very comfortable. The kitchen was adequate for our needs. Our only complaint was the length of time it took for someone to respond when the WiFi was not working. Someone did come, however, and showed us how to fix the problem if it happened again. The location is super convenient and the host’s restaurant recommendations were helpful and appreciated. Would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in Vienna.

Perfect for a visit to Vienna

My wife and I had a very pleasant stay here. The apartment is clean, comfortable, safe, and well equipped. We especially liked the proximity to the Naschmarkt which made it easy to find a place for dinner. Communication with the hosts was great.

Great Neighborhood

Very nice location close to almost anything. Room for 5 of us, all adults. Well equipped kitchen. Washing machine was also nice to use but I wish they had a dryer too. Overall very nice.

Close to Everything

The apartment is just like the pictures. Walking distance to every site in Vienna. Wonderful host greeted us at check in which included a great bottle of wine. Would definitely rent again.

Clean and comfortable. Big space, nice to have the living and dining rooms to relax at after full days of walking. Walkable (10-15mins) to inner stradt with cafes to stop by on the way. Very accessibile to naschmarkt where we had dinners, night caps, bfast, snacks and checked out the Sat flea market.

The apartment was beautiful! Great location and good value considering the quality of the apartment and all its new furnishings. Most of all a special commendation to the hosts. We had a sick child and had to extend our stay. They were extremely kind, helpful and flexible with little notice to make sure we could stay a few more days and offered medical assistance. Great location!

The property is very clean and very spacious. The kitchen is small however adequate. The bedrooms were located in the back of the appartment which was very quiet. The grocery store is a few feet away with great french bread quality veggies & fruits. Many restaurants in the area, but most of all we loved the location so close to the ring, museums and downtown stores & sites. I have one suggestion to the owner. it would be nice to ad a few more pots, pans and ustensiles allowing some cooking. I highly recommend this rental.

Spacious apartment close to Karlsplatz and the U-Bahn

Modern and clean apartment with all necessary utilities and plenty of space for four persons. Lots of fans(!), essential for keeping cool as the summers get warmer. Owners provided lots of helpful up-front information on the location, check-in process, nearby restaurants, etc, though responsiveness during our stay could have been a bit better. We'll certainly consider this apartment again should we return to lovely Vienna.

Hält nicht ganz, was sie verspricht

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Einige Punkte haben uns allerdings gestört: - statt eines Doppelbettes im kleinen Schlafzimmer gab es dort nur ein Einzelbett, anders als inseriert. Im Wohnzimmer gab es dann eine nur 1,60 m lange Schlafcouch mit einer schlechten Matratze. - der Geschirrspüler war bei unserer Ankunft nicht ausgeräumt. - die Bilder im Internet sahen schicker aus, als es tatsächlich war. Hauptsächlich besteht die Einrichtung aus Ikea Möbeln bzw. vergleichbar. Der Rest ist teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen. - in dem Uni Parkhaus gegenüber kann man für 24 Stunden für 7,90 € parken. Das ist sehr günstig. Trotz mehrfacher Anfragen konnte die Agentur diese Information allerdings nicht mitteilen. Alles in allem aber eine schöne Wohnung in hervorragender Lage mit ein paar Abstrichen.

Fantastic Location!

This property was in a truly fantastic location just around the corner from the Naschmarkt, a short two minute walk from the Karlsplatz station with transportation to anywhere we wanted to go, and also an easy walk to the Opera House and the Hapsburg Palace and Gardens, Stephansplatz and St Stephan’s Cathedral and the Belvedere. There was a Billa on the corner and several good restaurants on the street. Our hosts sent us several emails with very helpful information throughout our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the shower water pressure was so nice, especially after long days exploring. Truly a fantastic experience!

Great Vienna Apartment

First, before we even arrived, Eva sent several emails with directions, places to eat and shop. We really appreciated her communications as they were extremely helpful. The apartment was as pictured. Very comfortable for my spouse and I, our adult daughter and a friend. The amenities were great. Especially helpful was the portable Wi-Fi router. The location was ideal. Within walking distance to the palace, the opera house and art museum. Numerous shops, cafes and bakeries were also plentiful in the area. We had no car, so having so many places close was a definite plus. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again should we be in Vienna. Thank you Eva and friends!

Great place and location

Everything was great from being met at the check in process to checking out. Great location near the markets but outside of the in town crowds. Short walk to trams that take you anywhere in Vienna. We loved it!

At Home in Wieden!

My wife spent two nights in this lovely apartment in September. Wieden is vibrant and a diverse. The apartment is spacious, clean and very well-equipped. A huge dining table made us wish we had friends in the area to entertain! But there are llenty of restaurants (and Naschmarkt!) Right around the corner. We were greeted by a lovely young lady who escorted us to the apartment and showed us around. Communication was easy and pleasant. Highly recommended!

Comfortable apartment in great location

Our family (two parents with two adult children) loved our stay in Vienna. This apartment is in the perfect location: just a ten minute walk to city center and public transportation. The owners offered great suggestions for local restaurants. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. For our family, the only downsides: only one bathroom/toilet and although there is a clothes washer, there is no drier.

Tolle Lage für einen City Trip

Die Wohnung liegt super, der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war von Anfang bis Ende angenehm, schnell und unkompliziert. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war ausreichend und stimmig, für unseren Geschmack aber etwas zu IKEA lastig. In der Küche gab es alles Notwendige, inkl Kafeeautomat.

Spacious comfortable apartment in fantasticl location

My sister and I stayed for a week at this apartment and could not have been happier. Very spacious and sunny with huge windows. Absolutely spotless. Huge living room with large table and a full kitchen with stovetop, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer and all needed utensils/pots/pans etc. Nice big tub/shower combo. Large counters and plenty of space in the bathroom. In addition we found the apartment very warm and quiet. Host met us at the door and did a check in and showed us around. There is a lift in the building, which is very handy for luggage. Wifi is excellent and the router is portable so you can actually take it with you! We had a small problem with the router at one point and the hosts came right away and fixed the problem. We would stay here again no question. Highly recommend!
