Dans un immeuble fin XVIIIème de la Kurrentgasse, une rue piétonne pittoresque donnant sur la Judenplatz, dans le plus beau quartier du centre historique de Vienne, au cœur du 1er arrondissement. Toute la zone est piétonne et regorge des meilleurs restaurants, cafés et bars de Vienne. Au rez-de-chaussée de l'immeuble vous trouverez la boulangerie Grimm, la plus ancienne de Vienne!!

Au deuxième étage avec ascenseur, spacieux (134m²), 3 chambres à coucher, grande entrée servant aussi de salle à manger avec table pour 8, grand salon, cuisine totalement équipée, salle de bains avec grande douche et WC séparé.

L'équipement TV/Audio inclut une télé HD 40' avec 150 chaînes TV et 50 radio, lecteur de CD/DVD/Bluray et un stéréo 2.1, une grande collection de films HD, y compris beaucoup pour enfants, un media player USB où vous pourrez brancher votre disque dur pour jouer vos propres fichiers audio ou vidéo.
Dans la bibliothèque se trouvent de nombreux dépliants sur les événements actuels à Vienne, ainsi que plusieurs guides. Des jeux pour adultes et enfants sont également proposés. Une connexion Internet wifi très haut débit (75 Mbits/s) et illimitée est bien entendue inclue dans le prix.

Wonderful Flat - Unique Location

My family and I (2 adults, 3 children) very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely flat in the most central location in the old part of the city of Vienna. The flat was clean, well equipped, and everything was easy to use. When we weren't out exploring the city, the flat was a lovely haven to relax in.

Wonderful Stay

Wonderful location, great flat with plenty or room. Bakery on ground floor one of the few legit bakeries in the first district: fabulous and one of the b st parts of our stay. Had a wonderful time but n.b. only one toilet, so if there are more than two or three of you some coordination is needed.

Wonderful neighborhood

Our family of four (with two young children) loved staying at Christian’s apartment. First of all, the location is wonderful! The communication and check in process was great and super helpful! The apartment itself is extremely spacious! It’s a beautiful building! Lots of room to spread out! Beautiful original windows! The furnishings themselves could use some updating in the living room and dining room. The toilet room is very small but the shower is large and looks fairly new. We felt that the apartment itself, although it could use a bit of work, seemed like a pretty authentic Viennese apartment. There is an amazing restaurant and bakery right below! We would stay there again based on the location alone!

Wonderful apartmant!

We stayed in this apartment for 3 days last week with our 3 children and couldn't have been more impressed by its' spaciousness and location! It was close to everything, in a wonderful part of town. We were a bit worried that without air conditioning, the apartment would get very hot, but even during the record breaking heat (37C/99F) with fans, the apartment stayed cool and was actually quite comfortable. There was a bit of street noise in the morning but nothing unexpected staying in the heart of a city. The beds were comfortable, the apartment had everything we could have needed during our stay and Christian and Olivera were amazing hosts and extremely helpful. We would absolutely recommend this apartment for a stay in Vienna!

Lovely large central apartment

5 ladies fitted in to this lovely elegant apartment in the centre of Vienna. We had a bed each which was comfortable and our rooms were spectacularly large and airy. The whole place was very clean and the kitchen, which we didn't use was very well equipped. Although there was only 1 toilet and bathroom, surprisingly it was sufficient, though the toilet space was small! The shower was excellent and we loved having dressing tables in the rooms. As it was so central we could walk everywhere and our host organised a taxi to and from the airport which shared between 5 was efficient and economical and so much easier with our baggage. Communication with our host was easy and he immediately had the coffee machine replaced as the one in the kitchen did not appear to work. Being central with restaurants and bar below, there was a bit of noise from the street below on the Friday night, but this did not bother us and it could be shut out by shutting the outer window and the inner window. We all slept very well! I would thoroughly recommend this apartment and cant wait to return. We loved our stay.

superb location. very helpful staff. fantastic apartment. convenient to all. superb bakery at bottom of apartment. the street is very noisy. the apartment can be quite hot as there is no AC.

Thanks for the review Darius! There are three fans for cooling in the apartment - as general info, it is not allowed to install A/C in protected buildings in Vienna, that's why so few accommodations have it. Only one of our apartments has it, Symphonia. As for street noise, there I disagree. One's perception of noise is a personal thing, however there are a few facts: it's a pedestrian street, therefore no cars or trucks except for 2 hours in the morning for deliveries, it is generally very quiet, however with all windows open on a warm night, you can hear two passers by having a normal conversation: this can hardly be described as a lot of noise! Admittedly, the baker downstairs can be noisy in the morning. One only needs to read the reviews below to see how many guests feel this apartment is quiet!

You won't be disappointed!

This flat is a special place and we recommend it. It is located in the heart of the old city, within a short distance to all of the locations visitors will want to see. It has a classic Viennese design, clean and comfortable, in a quiet building. The bakery on the ground floor was a daily visit for us. The owner communicated well and we appreciated his flexibility with our schedule changes after we made our reservations.

Viennese grandeur in the heart of the city

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Vienna. We fit comfortably as a family of five. The rooms evoke old Europe and are very spacious. The immediate surroundings are happening yet quiet at night. Christian was so helpful. We had a later train out, so he let us store our luggage until we needed to leave.

Elegant Vienna

We were a group of four mature adults in Vienna for a medical meeting. Concerto was ideally located and even more spacious and gracious than we had hoped for! The kitchen was equipped with everything a short-stay cook could require and everything was brand new. Bakery Grimm is downstairs in same building, fabulous grocery store Merkur is just blocks away, and Naschmarkt is a bit of a hike but there was a grocery cart in the apartment for our use. The washer/dryer was a godsend half way through an eight day stay--we could have packed much less than we did. Common living areas were large and comfortable for gatherings with friends. Beds were amazing! Just one bathroom with separate toilet area, so be sure you're traveling with folks you know well!

Great Stay!!!

This apartment was fantastic! We were a group of four women, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The apartment was spacious and fully equipped for cooking (should you choose to do so). And it was very clean! Christian met us to let us in, and he explained all of the different features of the apartment. Additionally, he was available if we had any questions. But the best thing about this apartment is the location. It simply can't be beat. You are just steps from the Graben, which is a major pedestrian shopping area. There are tons of restaurants and shops. In addition, you can reach many of the major attractions quickly, and if you need to catch the metro, it is also very close.

Center city, but quiet comfort.in Viennese style.

This apartment fit us very well because we want hassle-free access to the buzz of a city center. But want to also take a few steps to shut it out when we're ready. This apartment is 3 short blocks form Stephansplatz which is ground zero for the more popular city attractions. Designer boutiques, cafes, restaurants and gelato stores are elbow-to-elbow in this area where vehicle traffic is highly restricted and pedestrian promenades outnumber vehicle passageways. The apartment is vary spacious and suitable for friends and entertaining. We thought the 1 bathroom would be a problem for 5 of us. But it didn't prove to be because the water closet is separated from the shower and vanity. The furnishing s are comfortable and stylish and the appliances were a nice touch - a fully automatic espresso machine, a washer/dryer and a big-screen TV with cable and a large, connected video library. We would definitely stay at this apartment again when next we travel to Vienna.

Great location,very lovely and comfortable 3 bedroom flat! Great attentive owners.

Three Texas couples stayed at the Concerto after cruising the Rivers of Europe and we very Pleased with the comfort and amenities. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals, Even though we ate out often. If we had a question we emailed the owners and within just a few minutes we had a suggestion or answer. Being above the wonderful Grimm Bakery was an added plus! You won't be disappointed with the accommodations at the Concerto. Hope to see you again soon!

Absolutely excellent!

We stayed in Concerto over New Year 2013/14. The flat is so spacious and beautiful and has every comfort and facility you would need. The location can't be beaten in the characterful old town and Christian was on hand for any queries and suggestions to make the stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. The perfect choice!

Lovely flat over fantastic bakery Grimm

Christian was great getting us a last minute rental in this fantastic apartment. The children loved the video system, and the location was great for walking to restaurants and Italian ice cream. Grimm bakery has some of the best breads in Vienna, and the kitchen supplies were great for cooking if you choose to stay in.

Lovely Apartment

We had a fabulous stay in Vienna at this apartment! The location is superb, and the accommodations are tasteful and very spacious. There is a bakery on the ground floor of the building and we would pick up breakfast there every day. Christian is prompt, informative and very helpful. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

sin ninguna duda puedo decir que ha sido el mejor alojamiento que he encontrado en todos los viajes que llevo hechos. desde el momento que lo contraté, el contacto los propietarios y la ayuda que me han aportado ha sido magnifica. Cris es un excelente anfitrión , y gracias a él la estancia en Viena fue mucho mas sencilla. el piso esta excelentemente ubicado en el barrio judío, con un par de buenos restaurantes debajo y a 2 minutos andando del centro de Viena. El piso estaba perfectamente acondicionado , limpio y muy bien decorado, con amplias habitaciones y camas muy cómodas. si tengo que volver a ir a Viena , desde aquí le digo a Cris que cuente conmigo de nuevo! jejeje

Excellent location.. impeccable apartment.. responsible owner!!

We stayed at this house during a 1 month trip around europe. This was hands down one of the best rental properties I have lived in. The apartment itself is wonderful. It is in an old 18th century building opening into a pedestrian only square (Judenplatz). This is in the heart of central Vienna with all major attractions - Stephanplatz, Museum quarters, Danube boats, Metro station etc within 5-10 mts walk. There are several grocery stores, banks, Gelato shops and many restaurants within a 3mt walking radius. The main shopping area is no more than a 5 minute walk away. The apartment itself is furnished impeccably. The apartment has tall 14 feet ceilings with beautiful curtains and furniture. A fully stocked entertainment unit with a good library of movies for all tastes. Newly remodeled bathroom, well equipped kitchen and a washing machine. The apartment has an elevator which made taking things up an down very easy. Of course there was the added bonus of being right on top of the Arthru Grimm bakery.. so a cookie or pastry craving could be satified within seconds.. We loved every minute of our stay there. The best part is the owner Christian... he is incredibly responsive. During waking hours, he would reply to emails within the hour. In addition to providing answers to all our questions, he was also very helpful in making recommendations on places to visit, places to eat and the best ways to get around. He also maintains a very good collection of tourist manuals in the apartment. He is also very punctual and provides you with very detailed instructions. He also provided us with a local cell phone to use while we were visiting. this was very helpful for us as we were visiting from the US and didn't have phones that worked there. If I had to nit pick and come up with things to find fault with the two things i could mention are 1) being on a pedestrian only street, cabs have a little tough time finding this place. However, Christian has provided an alternate address nearby that is acessible by car which helps. Serioulsy, this was not really a problem. 2) The toilet & shower are in two separate rooms, adjacent to each other. The toilet room is a little tight and doesn't have a sink. This can be a minor inconvenience depending on your hygine habits :). If I were to ever visit Vienna again, I would stay here again without even the slightest hesitation. I would also recommend it to any of my friends or family with not even the slightest reservation.

sehr schöne Wohnung, zentral gelgen

The children loved it!

We had a lovely time in Vienna, our children loved it and the apartment in the Kurrentgasse was nothing short of stunning. It is a really exclusive place for the price of a cheap hotel! Everything was new and very clean, and the owner was very helpful from the first Email contact already.The children loved watching the DVDs provided by Christian. Thank you for everything, we'll be back :-)
