Add did not reflect reality
When the add states ¨peace and calm of the jungle¨ and the freeway noise in extremely loud, there is a problem. In addition, the street in front of the condo in the only way tourist buses and delivery trucks and vans can have access to Grand Sirenis resort. All day long, it is trucks, buses, vans and motorcycle noise. It never stops. It was advertised ¨access to the Wellness center and the Beach Club¨ but they forgot to mention that it costs 300 pesos a day for the gym and about 1,900 pesos for the beach club. When we entered, there wasn't any coffee machine or toaster. I wrote to the owner and it is only when I called VRBO that they called me back and had Mrs. Mary, who was very nice, bring some.They also forgot to mention that if you do not have a car you need to cross a 4 line busy freeway to take the collectivo. Taxis are very expensive (80$ round trip to go to the nearest supermarket).
The TV stopped working and we were 3 days without it. At one point, the patio tiles started to lift up and we had to be very careful to go on the patio because we didn't want them to break. If you use the microwave, bring some plates because absolutely ALL dishes is made out of metal (wine glasses, coffee cup, plates ...). We couldn't find the beach for days. No indications about it. They will tell you I got mad over the phone and I did. I wanted to move from that incredible noise and the fact that I needed to cross the freeway. Condo is clean and Mrs Mary helpful. We had 2 bikes.
