The neighborhood is diverse and up-and-coming situated in an urban environment, close to GWCC, MBS and many more downtown/midtown attractions, and easily accessible by public transportation. While our neighborhood might differ from more established, expensive areas in Atlanta, it offers its own unique charm and affordability. It’s unfair to directly compare, as we provide a different experience that celebrates the vibrant culture and potential for growth in our community. We hope you’ll appreciate the distinct qualities that makes our neighborhood special. If the guest favored a more desirable neighborhood, then perhaps they should have booked in the desired neighborhood. As a host, I have no control over the neighborhood or how a guest feels in a certain setting. I strive to provide a comfortable and positive experience - similar to staying at a well-appointed friend's/family's home.
