On the first floor you will find: 1bedroom, full bath, gas fireplace, living room, kitchen, and a deck overlooking the lake. On the second floor you will find: 1 master bedroom with a full bath along with a private walkout overlooking Canandaigua Lake. On the lower level you will find two bedrooms, gas fireplace, full bath, with sliding glass doors showcasing the amazing view.
