Perfect Stay

Very clean and all amenities set up perfectly for our stay. Made a perfect middle ground for visiting mammoth caves and cumberland falls.

Everything was perfect for our Fourth of July trip. Cleaniness was exceptional and worked great for my husband, 2 year old and myself. We also brough out goldendoodle. Everything for festivities was walkable. Host was very hospitable and even let me borrow some syrup for breakfast pancakes :-)

Wonderful, cozy house with an exceptional host! Will definitely stay again!

Rebecca went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. The house is clean and well stocked. Close to the lake. Perfect getaway!

This property was well decorated for a lake cottage. It was very clean and well kept The property owner was easily available for all questions.

Cute and cozy place close to the lake

Stayed the weekend with family. Hosts were super accommodating. The house is decorated in cute lake decor and we loved the bright colors in the kitchen. We spent most of our time at the lake, but this was the perfect place to come back to after a long day. Highly recommend.

Amazing host

Rebecca was amazing! Everything in the home was as listed. Very clean and fresh and had everything we needed for our stay. Communication was top notch from helping with where to park our truck and boat to check-in. The check-out list was simple. We look forward staying again the next time we’re at Lake Cumberland!

Above and Beyond

The cozy cottage was just that! Sparkling clean and decorated lovely. Loaded with amenities...there wasnt a thing that we needed. The owner has thought of everything to make your stay confortable. I especially enjoyed the covered back porch. So nice and private...loved the flowers and plants..even hummingbird feeders! We'll definitely stay again.

Wonderful Home

The home and the hosts were exceptional! The house was possibly the cleanest home I've ever been in, with plenty of room for four grown men. All the appliances and televisions worked, and the ice maker made plenty of ice for our fishing trip. Dave and Rebecca were very accommodating and friendly, and readily provided us with a 5-gallon bucket when we needed one. All around great place and people!!Highly recommend for anyone visiting the Jamestown area.

The Cutest Place Yet

Starting with the check-in to the check-out, I was very impressed! Everything was so neat and organized and easy to find down to the light switches designating what light they went to! Plenty of towels and washing detergent available so I didn’t have to bring home a bunch of dirty clothes. All sorts of yard games available for outside and board games for inside! Rebecca was fantastic!! Thank you for letting me stay at this great house!

July 4th

Everything was conveniently located near July 4th events, lake, and local restaurants. Most of it within walking distance. Rebecca was exceptionally hospitable. The property itself could not have been more clean and organized. Which was important to me since I was traveling for the first real time with our 5 month old. We had everything we needed from bag chairs for fireworks to appropriate cookware to make anything we desired! Definitely met and exceeded my expectations!

Charming home just off the main roundabout which has a couple of dining and coffee options. Small touches such as ice in the freezer acknowledges the thoughtfulness of how this home is managed. Kitchen is well appointed. There is ADA access with a ramp from the covered car port.
