This property is truly one of a kind! Located at 2440 KY-379 Jamestown,KY 42629. Situated only 12 miles from Wolf Creek Dam and less than a mile from the Cumberland River you will have no shortage of things to do. Whether you’re looking for a place to stay while you are on Lake Cumberland or you need a weekend getaway this is the place for you.
The house sits on an acre lot with plenty of room for kids or pets to play in the yard while you grill on the back porch area. Inside the house just had new flooring in most areas! It is a three bedroom, two bath with plenty of space to sleep up to ten people.
The master suite has two queen beds and is attached to bathroom number one. There are two identical bedrooms at the top of the stairs with three twin beds each. The second bathroom is located downstairs near the kitchen.
Wireless internet as well as a Roku TV is provided.
The kitchen is stocked with all the necessary pots and pans to cook for your family also. Towels, linens, and basic cleaning materials will be provided. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Nice family get away 5 minutes from cumberland river

House was perfect for the 4 adults and 1 child we had with us, big yard for the dogs and it was a 5 minute drive to the nearest boat ramp on the cumberland river.

Short but sweet

Very nice area,and property. It was close to the hatchery and all the boat ramps. Only negative was the comfort of the beds, needs new mattresses...great quiet and scienic are.

We stayed here for a 4 day weekend. Property was clean and close to the boat ramps we use for fishing the river. Will definitely stay here again.

Quiet and peaceful

Very quiet and a little off the beaten path but still not far from conveniences. Being reasonably close to the Cumberland River and Wolf Creek was a bonus.

Property was excellent. Checkin was easy and self serve which was great since our arrival ended up being nearly midnight. Instructions provided for the property were easy to understand, fully sufficient without being over extensive. Had everything needed for up to 10 people to show up and get a good night's sleep. Location is beautiful, our first morning was jaw dropping and made me wish I lived there permanently. I highly recommend this property if you're staying anywhere near Jamestown.

It's 15 mins from lake Cumberland.. beautiful country setting.. lots of room for family .. I highly recommend this place.. I know we will be renting it again in the future!!!

Lake time getaway

Needed a larger place to stay near the lake and this certainly fit the bill! It is out a ways, but convenient enough to our boat storage facility. Inside the house was clean and the beds comfortable. Very reasonably priced. We will be happy to stay here again! Thanks!

Fishing on the Cumberland

House is perfect for fishing on the Cumberland river as it is 2 miles to Helms Landing boat ramp. Very quiet rural area.

Perfect spot for fishin on the river

Stayed here for a weekend fishin trip on Cumberland river. Ramp close to the house, big flat area to park you truck and boat trailers. Only a handful of miles ride up the river to the dam.

Home sweet home

The minute me and my family seen the property, we just felt at home. The big yard, all the nature around us, the feeling of the inside. Everything was amazing about it. The bedrooms to the kitchen to the outside just felt like we was at home. I will say, if you do have a dog or any pet be aware cause you are in nature there are ticks. No problem, just pick them off and you’re good :). Over all, we definitely will be coming back i highly recommend if you do not want to be around people and want to spend some quality time with your family in a cozy place this is the place!

Quiet country getaway.

Nice clean house with a large yard surrounded by farm land. Loved hearing the frogs at night. Our only complaints are minor, dishes are unmatched odds and ends. It would be nice to have a nightstand with a lamp for at least a couple of beds in each upstairs room. I guess if you travel with a nightlight it would be okay. Overall we had a great time and will stay again.

Lots of room!

Had a ton of room to move the trucks and boats around! Beds for days inside! Super friendly owner. I couldn’t ask for a better rental! Close to state dock also! I did put “hwy 379” into my gps and it took me to a field instead of the house, but my sister used “ky 379” and it took her straight to the house?!! Probably just my phone, but wanted to mention in case someone is frantically scrolling through comments looking for help in the middle of the night because you got a late start to vacation….and now you’re sitting next to a field lol!! Sit outside and watch the deer and the cows and horses all around you in the evening because the front AND the back porch are huge! I can’t recommend this rental enough. No worrying about laughing too loud or trucks being started to early to leave. It’s off the road enough for the baby to get to follow us around outside like a big boy! Thank you again to the owner!!
