Welcome to our Deluxe Guest Suite featuring a brand new luxury bathroom. With a separate entrance, you'll enjoy privacy and convenience. The suite offers a minibar equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge for easy breakfasts. Relax in the shared backyard with comfortable patio chairs. Our location is ideal, just minutes away from shops, restaurants, parks, lakes, Microsoft headquarters (5'), and downtown Bellevue, Redmond, and Costco (10').

Guest can access the room by going through the gate on the right side of the front house. It has its own key to access the room

During your stay
While the host stays in the same building, we have made sure to provide our guests with a private room featuring its own bathroom and a separate entrance. This setup ensures both privacy and convenience for our guests. Additionally, there is a shared patio in the backyard where you can enjoy the provided furniture.

If you need recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, or activities in the area, please don't hesitate to ask. We are always available to assist you and answer any questions you may have. Should you require anything during your stay, such as extra towels, blankets, or toiletries, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Other things to note
There is plenty of free parking space available both on the driveway (please don’t block the left side cause we need to get our car out) and along the street. And we have kids so you may hear some noise from time to time but most of the time it’s quiet

Enjoyable Stay

Well-Appointed studio suite in nice eastside neighborhood within close proximity to everything. Communication with property management, excellent. Would recommend and definitely rent again.

Nice accommodations

We were visiting our daughter in Bellevue. The accommodations were very close to their house and easily accessible. Everything was wonderful. We had a quick breakfast using the fridge and Kuerig which was nice. Bathroom was well appointed. Would stay there again

It would have been nice if….

The bathroom was great as advertised and the small room was clean. It would have been nice, however, if we didn’t have to ask for coffee cups, if the cream wasn’t curdled, if there was sugar in the sugar bowl, if we didn’t have to ask for a sufficient number and and bath towels to be provided, if we didn’t have to walk past a smelly, rodent chewed garbage bag on our way to the room, and if someone else’s house slippers had been removed from the room before our arrival. There were plenty of dishes and silverware, but the only available sink was in bathroom. There no dish rags, dish towels, or cleaning items. It seemed the large dispenser labeled “soap”at the edge of the bathroom sink may have contained dawn dish soap, with no face/hand soap anywhere at the sink. The towels that were originally provided for the two of us included 1 hand and 3 bath. No washcloths or shower mat. After asking for a few hand towels and bath towels, we received one more hand towel and one more bath towel, along with 2 coffee cups, and a roll of paper toweling to replace the Kleenex box that had 3 sheets in it when we arrived for our 3 night stay.

Enjoyed the intimate location. The room was beautiful. The bathroom nice and renovated. Even a heated toilet seat and fancy toilet. Host was very easy to get a hold of and very nice. Will come back and stay again really soon!

beautiful, comfortable, excellent host

The suite is super comfortable, with a great bed, an amazing bathroom, even a lovely little patio space. The host is fantastic, even buying an item we mentioned that wasn't included in the kitchenette. It's about 20 minutes from downtown Seattle, but it was well worth it, as our total stay -- 3 nights -- cost less than one night at a downtown hotel. If driving into the city is not your thing, there's a big supermarket, drugstore, and lots of chain restaurants nearby. A great find!

Beautiful and Peaceful

I enjoyed my stay at this suite. It was very clean, modern and had everything I needed. The bed was quite comfortable and cozy. I loved the bathroom. A perfect stay

I really enjoyed my stay! I needed somewhere to stay for a few days while visiting the area for work. This was perfect. Very clean, very quiet, a comfy bed, a modern bathroom (w/ a fancy toilet and a rad shower!), and everything else that I needed. Huong was a fantastic host as well. Very communicative and friendly!

Clean, comfortable & very nice amenities

A wonderful place to stay for a single or couple. Bed is comfortable, place is clean and has many nice added amenities including small fridge, microwave warming smart toilet, coffee machine and rainfall shower. The owner was quick to respond and nearby. We plan on staying again next time we visit the area. Thank you for making our stay in the area, a pleasant one.

Immaculate space

It’s a small space but for our short stay, we had everything we needed. The space was beautifully designed with aesthetics obviously considered throughout. The bright whites and muted grays are classic and comfortable. Every inch of the space was immaculately clean. Nice touches in the shower (spa shower heads) and a seat-warming bidet are bonus perks. The neighborhood is cozy and quiet. Lovely stay—would stay again.

Great Little Vacation Spot In Seattle

Huong was a gracious host who made our stay truly pleasant. My girlfriend and I spent a little less than a week at her place, and the whole experience was quite enjoyable. The accommodations were exactly as depicted in the ad and exceptionally clean. We would definitely recommend it to others! :) There was only a minor issue that arose, which might bother someone who is less understanding than me. We had counted on using the washer and dryer, listed as amenities, but unfortunately, the hosts were away during our stay without prior notice. Thankfully, we had enough clothes to manage for the remaining days. Just a gentle suggestion for future occurrences, it could be helpful to receive a heads-up about such possibilities. It would prevent any potential inconveniences for future guests. However, despite this small glitch, our overall experience was wonderful, and we were not bothered by this minor setback. Would definitely come back if she'd let us :)

My HUsband and I were in town for a wedding. The host was very flexible with our flight getting in late and had great communication. My husband forgot his switch gaming system there after checkout and she was kind enough to let us go back and get it.

Lovely room and owner in beautiful Redmond

We booked this because it is 3 minutes from my cousin. Happy to say, we loved the stay. Located in upscale suburban neighborhood. Easy to park in the driveway. Wonderful owner. She was available if necessary but we had no requests. Room is accessed in the back, and one must roll suitcases on gravel down the side of the house. Room is quiet and private. Large closet with hangers, coffee maker, refrigerator, kitchen utensils. Fold-down desk with chair outside on the porch. Comfortable bed. Redmond hills, valleys, and trees are gorgeous. Shopping is a short drive away in any direction. Bicycling and walking are easy and safe, if so inclined.
