Inside the property was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and well stocked. Outside there were spider webs in the corners all around the front door, the trail camera in the back yard kept flashing and the neighbors trash and yard waste piled on the side walk and overflowed onto on the property. Overall we would come back and the little thoughtful touches inside were great.

Upon arrival there was piles of cat feces in the front and backyard. Daughter of cat urine was strong from cat spraying the home.

As VRBO hosts, we found your behavior to be quite unprofessional. Your request to set the home AC at 63 degrees during the winter was not reasonable, especially considering it was not even summer. Additionally, please be aware that the cats are protected by the city of Somerton they do not belong to us. We kindly offered you the option of finding alternative accommodations, but you declined. It is also important to note that you expressed dissatisfaction with various aspects throughout your stay, making you one of the most challenging and bothersome guests we have encountered.

Manager very unprofessional. Totally messed up the reservation. I booked two nights. Only got one.

The house was great, the property manager was very inept. She canceled the reservation for two nights on Tuesday then on Friday told me everything was good. But she only booked me for one night and did not tell me. Then threatened to call the police to kick me out. She should not be a manager.

Home away from home!

I had the most incredible experience at Ana's VRBO! Right from the start, it was evident that Ana was a host who truly cared about her guests. The level of attentiveness and cleanliness in the home was exceptional, setting a new standard for what a VRBO experience should be like. The house itself was absolutely stunning and provided the perfect level of comfort. It was evident that Ana had put a lot of effort into making the space both beautiful and cozy. The extra touches she provided truly went above and beyond. After a long trip, the bottle of wine she left for us was a much-appreciated gesture. Along with that, she also provided extra towels, a toothbrush, and other thoughtful extras to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. Ana's responsiveness was another standout aspect of our experience. Whenever we reached out with a question or needed local information, she got back to us promptly. Her knowledge of the area was invaluable, and thanks to her recommendations, we were able to make the most of our time exploring the local attractions. The space itself was not only comfortable but also incredibly flexible. It met all of our needs perfectly and was an ideal setting for my husband and me to relax and enjoy our time together. Overall, I cannot express enough how amazing our experience was at Ana's VRBO. Her attention to detail, cleanliness, and exceptional hospitality truly made our stay unforgettable.
