Speaking of Disney World, you are one and a half miles from the 'Happiest Place on Earth.' Other great attractions include Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios, Disney's Typhoon Lagoon, Disney's Animal Kingdom, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios.

This condo enjoys splendid views of Lake Bryan from your private balcony and one of the swimming pools. A welcoming living area invites you to spread out comfortably after a fantastic day in the sun. Watch an entertaining show on the TV, plan your next adventures, or revel in a fun conversation with your loved ones. The well-appointed kitchen has all the essentials to whip up the most delicious treats and homemade meals. And if you are planning on extending your stay, the washer/dryer will come in handy!

The Blue Heron offers complimentary shuttle service right to the Walt Disney World Resort Ticket and Transportation Center (WDW TTC) as well as SeaWorld and Icon 360.
Blue Heron Beach Resort charges a $27 resort fee per stay. This fee is charged as part of your reservation at the time of booking.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

The room was great liked the new couch. The bedroom gets hot unless you leave door open. The resort needs to remove the advertising of a “Shuttle” off the description as they DO NOT offer. That was one of the reasons we picked and frustrated but the drive to Disney Springs is really close and parking was free. Disney parks were also close just had to pay to park. Overall nice vacation and plenty of good places to eat near by!

Orlando get away

Pool a plus Would prefer higher level next time but property is as shown. Beware of neighbor next door , foul smells from there at times and different people coming and going for services in his home. Could hear his loud TV at night in our bedroom.

Great place

The apartment was spotless, very clean. The equipment and accommodations fully met our expectations. The location is great and the view of the lake and pool is beautiful. Everyone at the reception was very friendly. Thank you and we hope to return again.

Blue Heron

Had a great stay!! My Husband and I celebrated our Anniversary here!! We loved the view of the lake from our room!!! Just would have enjoyed it even more with smart TV in bedroom but we made the best of it!! Great spot to be in everything is convenient for stores Restaurants and Disney Springs!! We will stay here again!! Great Job Blue Heron!! Until Next Time

4th of July Mini-vacations

Perfect location near parks and restaurants. This property accommodated a family of 5 comfortably. Very clean. Provided pool towels and enough essential kitchen supplies for 2 days. The sofa bed was a little hard to pull out but other than that, it was great. The property could use an update.

Poor Property Management

I contacted Vacasa in advance that we would be arriving late and asking about the shuttle system. Vacasa did not make us aware that check in closes at 11pm. They also were completely unaware that the shuttle no longer existed (and hadn’t for 6 months). They didn’t even answer my messages complaining about what they didn’t do. This condo is really old. Everything is pretty beat up. And the bedroom is in the front of the unit where everyone walks by dragging their luggage.

Convenient to Disney

This condo was so close to Disney, shopping and restaurants! Very convenient and you can watch the Disney fireworks. It has a great view and large balcony. The master bedroom and bathrooms were great, and our big kids actually loved the hallway bunk beds. The kitchen seemed, nice, but we didn’t use anything except the fridge and dishwasher. The pool is huge, but not heated, so the water is very cold. The towels were plentiful, but worn, and the living room furniture was dirty/stained on the arms. Overall, we would stay here again because of the location.
