We really enjoyed staying here. The only issue we had was the shower in the master bedroom never got hot.

Close to beach, plenty of space, loved the porch.

We had a great time even with a tropical storm! The porch was perfect for hanging out in the evening. Plenty of space for 6 adults. Resort amenities were a plus. Easy walk to the beach or quick shuttle ride.

Great 3bd/3ba in Kingston Plantation with ALL Kingston amenities!

We l loved this villa at Kingston Plantation for our spring break trip! The 3bd/3ba villa worked great for our family of 4 that included all Kingston Plantation amenities. Close proximity to the amazing fitness center, spa and indoor pool was a plus. The furniture and decor was very nice and great for our family. Walkable area and nice walk to the beach. Loved having access to the new outdoor pool with water slides for the kids. Starbucks at hotel lobby entrance was a nice option for our morning beach walks. Easy check in and check out. Highly recommend this villa and hope to rent again in the future.

Fun weekend stay

Residence program was great! Very responsive to our questions and concerns. Unit was great for our family of 5. Recent renovations to the unit were very nice. We had a small hiccup with the AC, but again, the folks in the front office were very helpful. The gentleman who performed maintenance on the AC was great! We stay at Kingston a lot, given all the amenities. First time we have stayed in this "community" and we enjoyed it a bunch!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at this condo and it was ideal because we could stay for only 3 nights versus most places offering 4-5+ nights. It was about a 10 minute walk to the beach and we had access to the pools/waterpark. I read other reviews prior to booking and set my expectations on cleanliness, however there were a lot of dust bunnies throughout the home and it looked like it had not been vacuumed. Luckily, they did have one in the home and we took care of it. We did have one issue with the tv that maintenance came out for quickly. It didn't quite fix the issue, but I was appreciative of them tending to it so quickly.

Reviewer Comments: Everything looked good when we arrived but we noticed the floors were dirty and the ceiling fan were covered with dust.1st day no internet next day no TV's working.Came back to the room from the long day at the beach and the lock didn't work so we couldn't get in the room until they open it up.While we waited we had to fight a bee nest the was under the rail next to the door. Not a fun vacation.One thing another.

We have addressed the cleanliness issues with the cleaning staff and will increase our inspections of the unit to ensure our standards or cleanliness are met. Additionally we have reviewed the comments the maintenance team to ensure TV's locks and WiFi are all working as they should. I would also like to offer my apologies that the visit was not hassle free.
