This was a wonderful property that felt like home and was located in a great spot to avoid most traffic for where we visited, all at a reasonable price. I couldnât have asked for more!
Close drive to the beach. Walking distance to the big fish restaurant. Condo has 3 floors.each bedroom has its own bathroom and shower. Very clean. I would highly recommend a stay
Clean, quiet residence. Available to rent on short notice. In need of some maintenance and organization. Towels and sheets available but unorganized in closets and had to make own beds. Be sure to bring your own paper products. Garage unavailable for use although plenty of parking near by. Limited tv channels without a login or creating accounts.
Polly was a responsive host. The house is nicely decorated and situated in a quiet neighborhood right off Route 1 (didn't hear any road noise). The large bed in the master room upstairs was amazingly comfortable and the darkening room shades were a plus. Kitchen had most of what we needed to cook our meals. We enjoyed the back screened in porch during the evening. It wasn't as close to the beach/boardwalk as I had thought. Because of the heat, everything was within a short driving distance rather than walking distance. Dewey is just over the bridge. We went to Tower Beach for swimming and sunbathing ($5 for in-state residents for entrance and parking) rather than Rehoboth. Tower Beach has a bathhouse and concession stand.
It was very clean. Boardwalk in Rehoboth was packed, but that's the season :-) My only thought was having pool privileges somewhere close would have been a plus...I would stay here again.
