Townhouse was conveniently located for our activities in mid-town, and the area was super quiet and safe. Host was super responsive. We will definitely be booking again for future trips.

It was great. We had the best time. Marcus was great with communication and let me know a head of time that there was an issue with the trash bin. A few stains on the couch but nothing big. It was in a excellent location. 10 out of 10 for sure!! Thank you for a great stay.

The townhouse was exactly as pictured. Close to Buckhead but on a very quiet and private street, communication with the owner was exceptional.

Communication with the host was amazing, they addressed all of my issues and concerns. The cleanliness of the unit is my only complaint. Overall needs to take a closer look the linen and items around the unit. The area in Buckhead is amazing and quiet. Very comfortable and friendly area.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was amazing and the dual living space was awesome too. My only complaint is that the home needs more seating. It sleeps up to six people but there is only a couch on each floor. Maybe add a chair or a loveseat so that more than 2 adults can sit in a room at a time. (I realize 3 people can sit on a couch but that's not comfortable). We ended up ordering collapsible chairs from Amazon just so we could all sit in the same room at the same time. Also, I would recommend a colander the kitchen. It was clean and the host was responsive to our needs. We would stay again if we travel that way in the future.

Dirty place, stains on all the couches and pillows so I could not sit and watch TV. The bedding was also not clean, lots of hair on the sheets and pillows. Nice location but the place is gross. I requested to leave early due to the unsanitary environment. For those who don’t like stairs, the main living is upstairs which can be a problem for anyone with disabilities.

It’s a very convenient location and worked well enough for our trip, but it’s fairly basic and a little tired. The fridge had broken shelves and a leak inside. The garbage cabinet was broken and didn’t slide well. The furniture had stains and wasn’t very comfortable.It served its purpose, but didn’t really feel like vacation.

Unfortunately, this property did not match the listing photos or our expectations. We rented it in Buckhead for our daughter’s wedding week after traveling from California, expecting a comfortable home base where we could complete last-minute wedding tasks and relax during a very busy and special week.When we arrived, the entire property had a strong odor of stale smoke combined with overpowering perfume or air freshener. The smell was so intense that it made me feel physically ill. Although we did not observe obvious visible dirt, the property did not feel fresh or well maintained. The couches were worn and broken down, the bedding was uninviting, and the plant prominently shown in the listing was dead. Overall, the property in person simply did not resemble the fresh, appealing impression created by the listing photos.Because of these conditions, we stayed only one night before relocating. We notified the host that we were leaving, and he offered to have cleaners return at 10:00 the following morning. He also said he would refund us if the property was rebooked. However, cleaning would not have addressed the strong odor, worn furnishings, or the property’s overall condition.Relocating during our daughter’s wedding week was a significant inconvenience and expense. We wish the listing had more accurately represented the current condition of the property so we could have made an informed decision before booking.Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this property

We felt very comfortable staying here. It is in a great area and was an easy drive to GA Tech. We enjoyed the feeling of a home. The owner communicates well and we truly appreciated the quick responses.
