Loved the location! The Italian shop below this rental was perfect for fresh bread, cheese and snacks throughout the week. House was clean, lots of space and the pool area was great as well. Loved it and hope to stay here again when we visit AMI again someday!

Perfect location

The property was in wonderful location, very clean, and as described. The house was very comfortable, but had limited essentials like toilet paper and trash bags so I would suggest bringing more if staying 4 nights or more. We loved that they did provide beach items like chairs, volleyball, and wagon. It was a really great benefit! And the pool is mostly in the shade in the afternoon, which was nice and refreshing to cool off from a hot day on the beach.

Good morning Holly, I'm so sorry to hear that your recent stay didn't quite meet your expectations and resulted in less than a 5-star review. I looked into your reservation and see that you called to request an early check-in because you needed to pick up a cake before 4:00 PM. Please accept our apologies, as we informed you that we couldn't guarantee an early check-in time. As we do for all our guests, we explained that we would call you if the property happened to be ready before our standard check-in time. Unfortunately, on that day, the property wasn't ready for an early arrival as our cleaning team required additional time. This is precisely why we avoid promising early check-ins. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and truly hope this experience hasn't diminished your trust in us. We highly value your feedback and our guests, and we would be delighted to welcome you back next year.

AM Beach House

A great place. Hard wood floors, nice decks front and back. Nice private pool area. The only downside are the steep steps to the apartment. Bringing suitcases and coolers up could be a problem for older people with bad backs, like me. Fortunately our son in law was with us!
